This salon is a hidden gem in a small strip off Davis Rd. The atmosphere is refreshing and lively. They have a great range of services and products available in the Salon itself. The staff is fabulous and with none of the booths being rented, they work well together. Each stylist seems to compliment the other in work ethic and knowledge. The owner even works with the clients and staff hand in hand. The quaint space and above par scheduling have you feeling at home and in no rush, making the experience all the more enjoyable.Pay attention as the sign is covered by trees when you are headed toward Walton Way.

Made an appointment with Sarah for a pretty big hair change . Hair that was past my shoulders into a pixie cut along with color . She talked with me through each step, made sure we were on the same page and you could see the experience in every cut. The color is dreamy and so warm . She made me feel comfortable, listened and never made the situation feel rushed . She is an absolute gem !! The salon itself is amazing . Cozy , yet modern . I felt very at home there . Offered a cold water , changing rooms for robes and a receptionist that was beyond wonderful . Everyone was so nice and I will recommend them 100%And yes , I love my haircut !!

I had a great experience. Everyone there was friendly. I loved that DJ took the time to show me how to style my hair. This doesn’t happen everywhere. I was there a couple of years ago and had Danielle and she was great too.

It is an awesome experience! Everyone is pleasant and helpful from the front desk to making the next appointment. DJ is awesome as always it makes me feel like $1 million when I leave. Wish I could do what he does with my hair. I drive an hour and a half. I am never disappointed!

By far the best place around to have the latest I styling or some personal relaxation. The staff are all highly trained, knowledgeable, and most of all friendly. My wife absolutely loves Anslee and would recommend her in a heart beat to anyone looking for something fresh and super stylish, probably has a lot to do with her training. I think you will find yourself or your spouse, or anyone else you send there beyond excited with what turns out.

I called on a Hail Mary for a shampoo and blowout Saturday morning after I injured my hand the night prior! Brittany was able to get me in and did a fantastic job! Best blowout and style I’ve had in a while and instantly made me feel at home! Vibe of the salon was very friendly and everyone I spoke to was super nice! Will definitely come back!!

In 2017, I was looking for an affordable place to get my hair cut and colored so i could start my new career with the local hospital. I had gotten my hair cut and colored at another salon about two years prior and it was very reasonably priced. They color my hair blonde and roots brown for 75 plus a cut. It was awesome, but they had moved and so i called around to several places, explaining to them, I was simply looking for pricing, as i was working PRN until my new job started, and i just wanted to find something affordable in my budget. I spoke with someone on the phone with DJ & CO, explaining i needed prices and something affordable, i just wanted to look more professional. They told me they would take care of me, and to come on in, so i did. They never once said their prices, which was my mistake. I was talking to them when i got there, just telling them i just wanted to be more professional for this new job, it was my first full time job because of me having children and what not. I was told thats no problem, they were reasonable and once the cut and color was done, mind you i went from light brown, to a darker brown, which seems simple...plus a few highlights, nothing drastic, just professional. I walked out of this salon having to pay over 300$ because theyd opened two boxes of color, and the cut was free! I left there in tears. It was a good cut, the highlights werent even visible, and they were very sporadic. The ladies in the shop were very nice, and funny, which is why i didnt give them 1 star. Their colors are 150 a box. Ive colored and cut my own hair ever since, and I will ALWAYS tell people dont go to DJ & CO! They lied to me, and bamboozled me. And what was i supposed to do, refuse to pay them? I just say i paid $322 for a lesson to be learned. This hurt me so badly. This is 100% my fault for not getting ACTUAL prices prior to visiting, but they knew id been calling around, and i even stated to them, the cheapest i found was 75. I was willing to pay a little extra, it took her two hours for everything, and it took me a few weeks to make up for that mistake! DJ & Co. Please inform your clients who call in, you are not affordable unless you ok with paying for 150$ BOX of color. Im not an idiot, I know that was a scam, and you ladies alllll fall for it. Go elsewhere, they do just as good of a job, if not better, for a fraction of the price! Sorry for the RANT, but you should be ashamed of yourself.

After closing during the pandemic I was so anxious to go back, the extra measures they have taken keeps us safe from exposure. I am one that likes to change my hair style from time to time so I just take a picture on my phone & show Sarah..somehow I come out with my hair looking like the picture. Love this salon ad the people in it.

I cannot begin to tell you how great this company is. I am a BLONDE and it is extremely difficult to find a stylist that understands what i actually want. KRISTEN walked me through everything before doing anything, she showed me swatches and i will never ever go to anywhere else. EVER. My experience from when i walked in and being greeted by the receptionist to when i left was beyond any of my expectations. They educate you on all the products and recommend/help you pick whats best for you. Not to mention theres a gear coffee shop next door. Cant wait to go back!

I cant say enough about Moon and her excellent massages. I only found one other person in town who is as good at massage. I get one as often as I can. Love this place!

Friendly and hard working Staff. I do care about my image and it seems that they also do and will do what you ask plus tell you what is best to buy to keep hair looking great. DJ (owner) is good at his job, but I had the best experience with one of his three assistants named Dayna. She is very knowledgeable and seems to really have a love for what she does. Hair dressers were nice. They offered drinks (water and soda) if you were thirsty and gave you your desired cut. Always an excellent job from them and worth the price. They sell hair and nail products in the front of the store.

Bekah just seriously made my day! Quarantine with a newborn and 2 year old has definitely led to some major depression and anxiety. I hardly have had the energy to do anything at all. I needed go let go and get my hair cut off and I tried to call all over the CSRA to find somewhere and no one would answer. I normally go to get my eyebrows done by Gheda. She does a fantastic job. I just finished getting them done and was going to schedule a hair appointment with Sara but she took me right at that moment. She does a wonderful job for me. She paid particularly good care of what my hair was able to withstand with everything I wanted done. I will definitely go back. Its hard finding a good hair stylist and I found one.

DJ has been doing my hair for years and I have always been Very happy with the results. Recently I have had some health issues that showed up in my hair and I thought that there was not really anything that could be done. However, DJ managed to take the little bit of unhealthy looking hair I have and make it look good! So Happy!! ~ It boosts your spirits while waiting for it to return to a healthy state. While it is nice when someone can make pretty, healthy hair look good, it is REAL TALENT when someone can make hair that is not pretty & healthy look good. Thanks DJ! DJ designed a special hair cut for me when I lived in Evans. He wrote done instructions for me to share with a stylist in Texas. I still get compliments on my neat cut. I have been living in Texas for 8 years. My stylist loves cutting my hair with this great style.

Sarah was absolutely amazing and very knowledgeable. Gave me really good tips on how to do my hair. Had a great experience overall. The staff was very friendly.Only con is the price. $50 + tip is a little steep for a mens haircut but it is a top notch salon so I understand. I will not likely return for a regular haircut but it was nice to be pampered before my wedding day.

I hate to give this place two stars because Stephanie S. Is amazing. She did my hair the past few times and it’s been perfect. But those eyebrow people are terrible. I mean horrible. I’m not even sure how they got a job. I walked out in tears after they did my eyebrows. Y’all watch out.

I got an updo here for prom. I showed the stylist a picture of what I wanted and she said she could do the hairstyle. The end result looked nothing like the picture I showed her. My hair looked like a mess, and half of my hair didn’t even look curled. I paid $80 for a hairstyle that looked nothing like I asked for. I was extremely unsatisfied with my hair and I wish I could get a refund. Hopefully they’re good at cutting, but definitely not styling. Save your money, and get a friend to do your hair. My sister who has no hair experience would’ve done a much better job than this place. If I could give it 0 stars I would.

Who would ever think that this many professionals could bond together for the good of their individual clients for so many years. Astounding odds in any profession. Margie and Leah have been with him for sooooooo many years. Its like going to a family reunion every time I show up. All of the team is trained to jump in at any time, if needed. Sarah, Danielle, Stephanie, Christan have all done my hair. They use the notes on the computer. I am happy every time. Brittany does her magic every three weeks on this red head. She is a sweetheart. I just left the salon and after 4 hours in the chair and $250 later, my hair I came in to have lightened is now darker than when I came in, highlights poorly placed, and I have huge gaps and chunks where there should be layers. Why not one star? Because the place is clean. Ill give them that. Im a model who just lost a job, because I trusted this place. No one cant fix what just happened (its a little hard to put back the hair she hacked off). After running my card for nearly $250 all anyone could say was, sorry. Come back. Well try again. its just hair. Yeah. Maybe to her. To me its JUST my job, and they just cost me money.

I absolutely love DJ and Co.! I had the pleasure of receiving a gift certificate for a massage and I became hooked. The ambiance is awesome and the environment is certainly inviting. I have also had a facial (microdermabrasion) and it was awesome as well!

I can honestly say Ive enjoyed every appointment Ive had at DJs. I grew up with a mom who was a hairdresser and she gave me pretty high expectations. Im happy to say that theyve met them every time! Ive had countless people be amazed that Im not naturally a red head, which I think is a pretty huge compliment. The other thing I like is that they do a lot of continuing education.The salon decor is classy and relaxing. My favorite is the waterfall fixture by the shampoo bowls. It puts me to sleep every time.

I was very pleased with my introduction to DJ and Co. I had been traveling back 3 hours to Atlanta as I couldnt find the right fit here in the CSRA. I believe I can stay local now! Great consultation with DJ, love my balayage , cut and style. Once I find a partner I stick with them. I was with my previous stylist over 17 years. I hope the same works out here. The staff very courteous and professional.

This is hands down the worst salon I have ever been to. I came here to get my hair colored and the woman (I believe her name is Sue) not only refused to listen to me about any of my color preferences, but began to harass me once I disagreed about her decision to cut my hair as well as her choice of color. Im generally a bit shy, so it was somewhat difficult for me to speak up since she wasnt listening in the slightest; nonetheless, I did so politely and was harassed for doing so. Eventually, I was sitting in the chair, crying, as she continued to scream in the middle of the salon. This woman had just met me accused me of being manipulative, disrespectful, and even a drug addict. She openly doubted that I was the one paying for my appointment and then accused me of using someone elses money who I was probably disrespectful towards also. She called me a brat, told me she didnt like me, and finally I had had enough. During this whole time, while she was screaming at me, I had been sitting in the chair, sobbing and hiding my face from everyone else in there. I stood up and told her I was leaving, to which she replied good, I hope you learn your lesson!. As I was walking out she began talking about how she was glad that she made me cry because I deserved it and needed to learn. I have no idea why she acted so inappropriately and cruel. This entire experience baffled me beyond what a single google review could express. Please, please, please: if you need to go to a salon, take your money elsewhere (my personal favorite is Halo downtown!). There are so many others that not only refrain from attacking you about your preferences, but also listen to them and are even willing to have a friendly conversation during the whole thing :)

Haircut was uneven. Color service was good.price was beyond ridiculous. $190.00 for a mans short cut and color, without product purchase. I travel with work and have my hair cut coast to coast, price i paid here was triple i pay at far better salons on the west coast. Will not return.

I had the worst experience trying to book an appointment and get a quote. I was given an attitude and told to wait until my appointment for a consultation. I was going to be a loyal client for hair and eyelashes.. needless to say the customer isnt always right here

Paid $220 for a terrible cut and color. Showed stylist a picture of both the style and the color I wanted- a honey blonde color (Im already blonde, mind you) and a simple layered cut. What I got was dark brown hair with weird blonde streaks and a too-short uneven cut. Hairstylist was dismissive of my concerns that this wasnt at all what I asked for. Will never go back!!!

I am very unhappy with my manicure. I called there twice when trying to set up an appointment and both time was told there wasnt a manicurist on site. When i finnally complained enough they set me and my sister up with a girl who was training to be a manicurist. The girl was very sweet but my nails are awful. I spent 60 dollars on two manicures and the next day my nails are all chipped up and there is polish along the edges of my fingers. Dont advertise you provide a service and not have qualified people to do the job. I could have gotten a nice spa manicure with hot oil and everything for the price i paid for this girl to file and paint my nails. I will not be returning to this salon for anything. Its overpriced and under staffed.

I go in with a picture and the exact colors it takes to create the color in the picture. The stylist says she just did it on another client the day before. I asked for burnt sienna, which is Auburn, blonde and a tiny bit of violet on a brown base.What I got was blonde and violet over black. I look like a goth and am out of Army regulation and will have to pay for a redo somewhere else.She got dye across my face, gave me awesome dry skin where the color remover was applied.She shoves a few products in a bag that I must have to keep my color. The lighting in there makes it near impossible to tell what color you even have, so I played along. She forced two cans of mousse (why do I need 2??) , a brush and some run of the mill Purology in a bag and comes up with $298 for cut, color and product. Fine. Paid and left. Got in the sunlight and realized the horror show on my head. Bangs look like I cut them myself. I get a voice mail as I am heading back to post in near tears telling me the associate made an error and I owe 79.00.I will use that as a down payment for fixing this abortion on my scalp.Never again.If I could give a negative star, I would.

Terrible! Got a dry hair cut that took about seven minutes and then charged me $85. It doesnt even look like my hair was cut. Hair should never be cut dry and a good womens haircut should take 45 minutes. Absurd.
