Great work always!! Fcom is so amazing for their ideas, detailing, finish and timely delivery. My first experience was for alteration, it was a very simple blouse after alteration it looked so GRAND! First impression made me a regular person with FCOM. They stitched some of the blouses and they are all my favorite!!! The team ensures not just good work, timely delivery which is so crucial. Am super happy with them, its so rare to find a team like this :) Keep up your good work FCOM!

I have had a disastrous experience with Fcom.The team looks uninterested and is unprofessional when it comes to following the process they have come up with. Their app seems fancy but is very inconvenient for users and none of the feature work. Your payment is never updated . I have availed their services thrice and all the times the invoice generated was wrong(not sure of their credibility when they charge gst but the bills are wrong)informed them multiple times and did follow ups to get it corrected. Their own employees do not know/understand the price breakup given in their catalog but expect the customer to use their senses and figure out the pricing . All the times I had issues with the fitting, though Sunita came for the delivery and fixed the first two times(she is really good and knows her work) but the third time was a disaster. I was charged designer charges all the times but I always shared the exact design picture with them, not sure what was this charge for . Designers come and take the measurements but still insist you to give a sample for reference. End product is always like the sample and they don’t bother to check it with the measurements taken. They screwed one of my kurta royally, though they took it back telling they would open it, give a proper cut and fit and send back but all they did was a dart in the back. They dint even bother to inform me before sending my order, dint even call to ask if it reached. I got to know from my security guard that one of my parcel was lying at the gate. I am writing this feed back after giving feedbacks to Chaitanya and Poornima personally. Chaitanya dint bother to respond/acknowledge, Poornima said that she would be taking care of things and make sure the experience is better, but it was worse every other time. Only person who does her work sincerely is Sunita, 5 star to her.

It was a wonderful experience with FCOM. The alterations done were excellent & ideas provided are something that we do not get with the usual tailors. I am happy I have found FCOM which saves my time in doing the rounds to the tailor shop for any kind of stitching. I would definitely recommend FCOM & you can blindly go for them. Wonderful job team! Edit: Knocked off stars because - the stitches in the altered jeans have come off! And all the clothes altered to have a waist elastic, just ends up with a bunched up elastic, due to poor stitching. Practically not wearable. It was clearly a rush job they did. Disappointed!Fcom is an amazing doorstep service for tailoring and alteration. I used their service recently for re-purposing some old clothes into wearable items. Their idea is novel and definitely caters to the huge demand for easy tailoring services in Bangalore. Im most impressed by their turnaround time.That being said, there are some operational issues that need to be ironed out. Timely status update and commitment to detail can be improved. Overall I would say, their team is very courteous and the prices are reasonable in a city like Bangalore.

I came across their page while browsing through Insta and out of curiosity I visited the link. I mainly went ahead for recycling and using my old sarees for curtains and cushion covers. It all came out good....very convenient as well in your own space as they will schedule visit to your place for measurements and your final product also comes at your home... without you really stepping out.

I found fcom via a google search. And what a find it was. Super service and the best part, they recreate the design you have in ur head. Love it

The end result is very good and quick service but they dont bother giving you a good update in the beginning when you reach out to them for help. You need to follow up a lot to get their attention.
