Bought an Alto for my wife from Surakshaa E city. The whole experience was excellent. The sales executive Mr.Vishal was very prompt, polite and professional. The booking, PDI, delivery everything went smooth and pleasant. They treated us admirably, despite being a first time Maruti customer and despite buying their cheapest offering.Recommended.

Their target is get more spare parts changed. If you go for service they will be forcing us to change lot of spare parts telling this or other reasons. Looks like the Service Managers who are taking the vehicle have target of getting the this much amount of business done. They have got award for best centre in more spare parts sale whole india. This award they got it in 2009.That means that they are into this business from 2008. In their rate card no rate mentioned (in customers waiting room) for cost for each work. There is no mentioning of what all work will be done in regular servicing. And parts they are replacing,are they really happening? Needs to check that. BE ALERT.

Very spacious and well equipped service center. However very Hasty service. Not very thorough in inspection and dispatch. Probably due to high number of cars. Got my car serviced but broke down just outside the service center. Very awful experience as my car never had a breakdown earlier. Service engineer got it rectified immediately. However service center needs to take additional care while handing over the vehicle.I recommend car owners too to please ensure proper test drive before receiving the car at this service center.

Good service but labour charges are very very high.Total Labour charges are almost equal to the parts that were added.If parts cost is around 5000, then labour charges are 4000.
