I had a very good experience. The Yoga trainer is a professional who really understands and knows what she is teaching and how to deal with begginers. We are always under observation and get enough time to stretch and learn. Patience is all that matters here as nothing can be learnt overnight. Really nice experience, I had a double mind while joining for the classes due to my back disc issues , but after attending classes my back pain and stiffness also reduced , a big thanks to akshar yoga and instructor madam( she explains and demonstrate the asanas in simple way).

Akshar yoga RT Nagar used to frequently change instructors in the past now that there is a fixed instructor throughout the day it becomes easier to visit anytime of the day and workout. I am very happy with the instructor Manish who is I think the reason for motivation & who trains extra ordinarily. I think he concentrates on every student and knows what exactly every student has to work on. Very impressed. Just hope that the academy doesn’t change the trainer again 👍
