Had visited bikenbiker 2 or 3 times. Polite, knowledgeable staff and can advise the customers what’s good for them. However, like some one said in the reviews you may get good attention only if you have bigger capacity bike or an imported one. If you have anything in RE stable, you maybe politely redirected to somewhere else. I am giving 2 stars because that somewhere else turned out to be better..

Few months back i bought some products from you guys and the way things were handled was impressed by it Sreejith helped me and guided me about the products on personal level. The whole team puts lots of effort in giving us bikers with the stuff we need and requires. Because of this beautiful experience of how things got handled I was once again back to them getting quad lock from them. And here again i got stuck with small issue and the still are helping me and handling my problems in a classic manner.

Very professional people who know their job. I found the people understanding my requirement and recommending as per the best knowledge available. I would recommend this for any biker who wants to get high quality stuff in India. But I will not recommend the shop on the ground floor who installs all these high quality parts as the people on the ground floor are not aware of how to do this or install stuff on your bike. This shop is just a selling shop so it is better you buy what you need and install it on your own after watching YouTube videos.

Its a great place. The guys know their stuff and at the same time doing expect you to know it all.Sometimes people who know a lot, seem to get irritated with others who might not... The most pathetic experience I’ve ever had with any company. I ordered a product from their website and I didn’t get any update or order confirmation message from their side for 2 days when I tried contacting them they said the product is out of stock and can be delivered only after 1 month, so I asked them to cancel my order and asked for my refund. It’s been about 3 weeks now I haven’t received my refund and absolute no response from the team. Be aware guys BikenBiker is a fraud!! They’ll scam you. Please be very aware!

Hello all. I have never experienced something like this so far in my life. Pathetic customer service, they are least bothered about their customer. Everytime they sent me wrong break pads inspite of msging them personally and informing. Their website information is inaccurate. Had to follow countless times for the refund and still havent got. This is utterly unprofessional, doesnt value customer time and money, Never again.

After having visited multiple times and buying a few things for 3 of my motorcycles so far, Id give them an average rating at best for a couple of reasons (and this isnt just a post covid era experience)- A lot of products you see on their website are not in stock. And most of the time, they dont know when theyre getting it. So call them first before ordering online- Calling them may not always be helpful. While you may not get thru to someone sometimes, if you do get through, they either dont know when they may get the product OR they will get back to you - which hasnt happen- Then you decide a F2F may be in order and visit them in person. And find out that the wait time to get to talk to someone is over a half hour and when you do talk to someone youll get a we dont know when were getting it and you shouldve called before coming over (You think!?). And on an off chance you find the product and try to bill it, it takes so long that you leave the product on the counter and leaveTheyre all polite and professional in their interactions. And they have a wide assortment of product (atleast on the portal) But the wait times and the not knowing (online, over the phone and in person) is a buzz kill. The good part is that everytime this happened, it pushed me to find friends and family travelling from the US (even during covid) that helped carry all the parts I need - at much lower costs. Even though I was willing pay that extra to be able to pickup rightaway - which is a shame.CheersM

I ordered for a SWMotech usb outlet. First they said due to COVID restrictions they cant ship for next weeks. Two weeks after they call and say that product is not in stock and they want to send alternate brand. I refused and asked for refund. Wrote them multiple times for a refund with no response back from them. After another 4 weeks I received a used and damaged product thats not working. Buyer beware before you spend your money with them. They take orders without stock and dont tell the buyer theyre doing a drop shipping. Theyll never let you cancel the order as well so be very careful when buying from them. Customer service dont respond at all.

Very expensive place.Charges ½hr labour to check your bike problem.i have been charged when I went for checking which was hardly a 2min work. They have to reframe their costing.

I buy things frequently here and needless to say, their quality, customer obsession and guidance is top notch. Several times, I have been even given alternatives to manage a particular need, rather than buy whatever I had gone there for. Even recently, I had come into the shop to buy a more expensive top box, but after consulting the excellent guys here, they recommended a better cheaper box for my requirements - they really didnt have to! They could have just allowed to me to buy the more expensive one - But I guess thats not how they work. Kudos to the team, especially Sreejith and Ajith!

Utterly disappointed after my visit there, which I made based on the great ratings they seem to have garnered somehow. I had gone there for a rear rack and a saddle stay for my fz25, and some soft luggage (saddle bags, tank bag, rear top bag) but they had none of these. Guess they are only interested in catering to well heeled folks with imported bikes. To each his own, I just wish I hadnt wasted my time.

Took 3 months for the order delivery but still failed to deliver. Requested refund hoping the refund process won’t be delayed. Worst customer service ever. DO NOT ORDER AT THIS STORE. Sometimes they just ignore the queries. If you need to order something, better order in 3-5 months advance cause that’s how much they delay on average.

Long story short.Order placed in December 2020. Still waiting for the order to be fulfilled. Order placed well before the lockdown was initiated. The order value was 30k. Waited for 3 months. Then I was informed to upgrade to a newer version after waiting for 3 months which would cost me another 5 to 6k extra. I was asked to wait for a couple of weeks in the month of Feb. Apparently, their couple of weeks is yet to be over even after multiple follow ups from Rahul.The following are the order details of the same. This place is on ground floor and now they just do normal bike services to all premium bikes especially tourer bikes.Since they have stopped modification services for all bikes, its illegal now as per government rules.Any accessories you require for tour setup bikes you can visit the shop on 3rd floor and they have immense options depend on the bikes.Those looking for aftermarket accessories for any bikes this would be the best choice in Bangalore as they offer variety.

I didnt go to the shop. I had ordered some stuff online.I got what I ordered in a good condition.My only gripe is with transparency with respect to expected delivery dates.I felt there is no transparency, the website listed an item as in stock but after ordering I was told its out of stock and needs to be manufactured by the fabricator.Its not a very big deal, but in the age of same day and 1 day deliveries, this feels a bit stone age.

I ordered a hand guard for Himalayan on 14th January 2021. 7 days have passed, I havent received any shipping details.I have called their customer care 3 times till then, each time they would tell it will be shipped today.By looking into their ratings in Google reviews, I was having high hopes. But it seems they are extremely unprofessional.

Great gear Store with a huge collection of the best brands ranging from intermediate to expert level gear. They have some beginner level stuff but almost no options to choose from there. But thats okay as it meets the requirement of their intended customer base.The store is designed in the experience center layout and has all products available for customers to pick up and folks around to answer queries as needed. Store keepers do not hover around you and let you take time in choosing and trying out their products.If you understand the gear well and no good reason to come to the store I would suggest you avoid coming to the store and just order online. They have an awesome website which I have used to purchase products atleast on one occassion. I was happy I visited the store and suggest you to drop by to experience the product before buying it if you have the luxury of time.I picked up the Ram x grip and I was satisfied with the overall buying experience. Went to purchase top rack for Dominar. The salesguy seemed completely disinterested and was checking his mobile all the time. I had to enquire everything myself and all he responded was one word answers. Also they dont install the accessories, you will have to pay extra or do it yourself. Worst attitude

This is a one stop place for all things bike related. They have an app too which I highly recommend, you can sort out accessories based on the bike. These are primarily available for all super bikes but they do have an accessory list for KTMs and Royal Enfields too. They are a bunch of knowledgeable folks who will recommend options based on your need. You must check out their app or the place itself and in case of any queries you can write into them and they will respond they have a phone line too that you can reach them at.

One of few bike accessories shop that I actually felt comfortable hanging around. knowledgeable sales staff but should add in more options. Should figure out a customer loyalty program in the form of discount on every purchase. Something that would hook and bring the customer back. Should figure out a lounge or waiting area that provide snacks and refreshments while accessories are installed on the bike.

Good hospitality and great experience..got a few accessories for my new bike... great quality

They have good stuffs no doubt but getting installed is very tricky part.Once you are billed then only they say it will take 3 hours to get the work started.My only request to them please tell upfront that installation will take this much of time.You need to get stuffs installed at another partner which Gear and Gear.They are pretty much understaffed. For simple top box installation I end up in wasting 4 hours which is mindblowing investment interms of time.4 hours is too much to spend on one bike fitment.

These guys are the go-to people irrespective of which bike you have. Have a doubt and you are not sure, ask them. Want a part and not sure where to get them? Ask them. If they have it they will suggest if not they will guide on how to source it. Oh and the experience buying from them?
