It was my first hair styling experience at YLG. Went there on a recommendation of a friend and I must admit I loved it and made a good choice. Raksha the hair stylist did a great job on my hair by suggesting what looks best and did everything so meticulously that I have decided to go back there for other services too. A very friendly and a comforting atmosphere. Cost is surely equivalent to the quality service they provide for sure.

SHOBA was really rude even after asking so many times to attend me as I really wanted waxing done. I reached the salon by 7.40 yet she told no closing is at 8 well get late and the MANAGER was sitting their and watching without telling a thing. Nobody bothered to respond even if their were staff very rude behaviour from the STAFF and the MANAGER and SHOBA especially.

I have visited this place quite few times before but today it was a very bad experience. They asked me if I had taken appointment or not . And I can see none of them had work nor any costomer s were there. But also they insisted on prior booking just for threading. Very unprofessional and rude behaviour by the staff member.

Deepa is excellent in her work and I recommend her for any of the services and she is very friendly.

Great service provided by Therapist Shobha. She is quick, neat and professional. The only thing disappointing was the lack of clean spreads on beds due to non availability from head offices which ylg has to look into.

Shiva transformed me in a matter of half an hour....gave me a really great haircut and styled my hair beautifully.....I had specifies that I did not want the length of my hair cut and he actually did not make it very short....which is rare cos no one adheres to the specifics and then layer apologises in my experience....great place and very hygienic too....

I visited YLG Salon recently. I liked their service. Very friendly team. Specially Manager Shweta was very organised and checking up on her staff. I found salon very clean and hygenic. I observed social distancing was well maintained and I felt safe during my visit. Everyone were wearing masks and it was not that crowded. I would definitely visit this salon again. Their service is worth the money spent.

Tenzing suggested a short layered haircut for my limp and frizzy hair. Post the cut, it brought out my waves and looked like the best cut ever.

I am a regular to YLG and like most times after the pandemic I casually headed to this place disheartened that one of my favourite hair stylists had just left... and I was pleasantly surprised and absolutely delighted to see the new stylist Karma... his service level is way above what I’ve experienced at YLG, his ability to converse and reciprocate comes from his broad knowledge of hair services and his experience... sad to know that he’s shifting to another branch but I’d surely recommended one sitting with him for any hair spa! You will see what I mean! I take this opportunity to thank him for his friendly conversation and a lovely spa treatment that left my hair feeling amazing! Thank you to the manager Shweta as well since she is welcoming and amicable to having us well accommodated and looked after! You guys are awesome!
