This is not condo as per American dreams. There is no swimming pool here. These are condos as per ownership of units in the building. I dont understand why somebody posted pictures of water treatment facility. They are apart by 150 meters, i think. Ive picked up many deliveries from Amazon and other logistics of online shopping sites. They love the place so much that they dont mind me walking for 10 mins to reach here.

This place is great for people working in Embassy golflinks park. However its little remote, this is a village area getting included into City. Nearest hub for get-all is murugeshpalya.Most cab services do drop you to this building so no worries. Yet a bit far fetched place from most important popular places of City Bengaluru.The apartments however dont house community area or swimming pool yet as name suggests its Serene around as of now.But currently (2018) other apartments and real estate projects are going on around it thus it may loose on its serene-ness.
