As a senior engineer.. Dont go first round as a face to face.. Bc HR and some other technical person dont have work.. They playing with our time traveling stress with Bangalore city traffic.. For 1 position they test min 100 people.. I dont know whether they select one person or not .!!

Ever worse company in my opinion because on 2-8-19 they announce for drive for support role of night shift of cutoff marks 70% in all academic. I never see such a company where misuse and misleading the job seekers.

I contacted Basavarj S Patil who is part of the HR team (Talent acquisition ). He was so unprofessional at his approach. Its such a disrespect for an organisation like Valtech to have an employee like him. Firstly, he has no patience to listen to what the other person is talking and secondly he was asking me to cut the call without even listening to the conversation. If you are so frustrated in life and cant do justice to the job you are playing then why do you want be part of the HR team. I called seeking for an opportunity in Valtech you have no right to tell me to cut the call in that manner. Either you let me know your organisation has no role or connecting me to people who can address the issue. Its my request to the management to take actions against people like Basvaraj S Patil who can spoil the reputation of the organisation.
