I worked with USSG for 5 months. Their clientele includes best software companies. With respect to pay, I have always been paid on time. Never faced any issues with it. The support team is also good and keep addressing employee grievances on time.

I stared my professional career here, it is a good place to work.It gives a great exposure for freshers.

Avoid any job they offer at their company or on contract to hire role at any other company. I resigned in Jan and yesterday received the full and final settlement with discrepancy. They are least responsive on mails, no matter how much ever you are worried with pertaining issues. Suman seems to be a good chap but he is helpless with the HR attitude and style. Whenever I called my HR BP, she handed over the phone to Suman. Nobody replied on my continuous mail follow-ups. At last, got a big learning to never go on a contract to hire role with such mid-tier companies.

I work here. The management is great and the surrounding of the company is also very good.

Very worst company I ever joined. Better avoid.

My interview was scheduled by 10:30 and it took place by 4pm. First round was written and I answered all the questions correctly still was not selected. I mailed the recruiter/contact person about the same, he said go ahead and do anything this is our process.

They sent potential opening mails without any information about the role but wants all my information. I could see how the management and HR might be and reading from the reviews I might be right.

Company shift opposite to EGL Dell office. Next to ginger hotel, before Hundai Service Showroom

The worst company ever harasses employees on the name of conducting interviews and also abuses when asked about the harassment in the process. People reading this review, my recommendation is never ever go for any interviews conducted by Us software group
