No HR Policies,Micro management and all other good reviews are fake. HR team asks employees to write it again & again. Specially HR Manager- Chandru Dhananjaya worst manager not clear on the policies. Dont join & dont spoil your career.

The worst company and management. They have their own product, which has many bugs etc, I was from a product support team and my manager and lead(then)who has no etiquettes on how to manage team, Micromanagement here is a an example to set (they observe every employee moves in CC TV and will have a meeting with you showing what you were doing in the footage. Engineering, product support, Set up, anyone from any sector, join only if you dont have another choice. My biggest mistake in life joining this organisation leaving Dell International services, thinking I can gain some software knowledge.

Attended interview in last month got selected & offer but didnt join due to HR during the interview Im not so convinced with Chandru more on negativity...So dont want get in to that...Not happy about the benefits, leaves, pay etc..

Looks like people who couldnt work in this company or got fired for any reason put bad rating and people who got good hikes or career progress give more stars. it is biased and not objective or in other words, reviews put here dont have an intent to help others to understand the company.It is irony that we dont believe our own judgement on reviewing a company and want to depend on reviews from people you dont even know (if they exist) or know if they are even capable to review (at the least from your lens of view)I cant post the comments without star rating..wierd!! I am staying in the middle :)
