I really appreciate that the company allows flexibility in your workday and unlimited PTO. My co-workers are easy to work with, and I feel supported by team leads.I only wish the pay was a bit higher. Because of this, I doubt if I will be able to work here for very long. As a summer intern, I got to work on the client services team along with 20 other interns. The team I was placed on delegated me real work to help them with. Having to balance the work given to me could be difficult at times for at the same time, I had to stay coordinated with the other interns in order to work on our group project. However, everyone I worked with was willing to help and very friendly. The company culture is wonderful, the employees generally seem happy to be working there! I think the energy of the environment drove everyone to do their best, at least for me it did! I learned how to work and prioritze multiple tasks at a time. I also was able to improve my research and presentation skills.

Hii all am here to suggest you that dont ever try to join this company its a FRAUD company .First they will ask you to pay 130000 and they vl tell you that they will give you 2.4 package but they vl never give you they vl give only 14,180. and also they will tell you that you will get a hike after 3 months but the fact is they never hike any salary instead they will keep you six month and they will inform you to leave the company.Some peoples will be there when u are there for interview they vl tell you that they are HR, no they are not a HRs they are bldy brokers dont believe there words.They dont have any real time projects and also they dont have good trainers too and its its just like a BROWSING CENTER .One fellow is there he is a trainer but he dont know what is the difference between the dead lock & dead state thats the fact.Brokers will tell so many things and they tell u to join because they will get 10000 commission per candidate.To Managementbetter to stop these kind of thingsdont play with youth career.if you dont stop you will feelthe result soon.

First of all i would like to tell you there is no project in the company.. company is running on them who are joining by giving the company money... like 1.2lac or 1.7lac or 1.3lac... those who are not getting jobs they go and join beacuse they take a guy who doesnt speak also.. they just want is money thats it noting else....first 6-7months they will give you salary like around 14k/month.. after that they wont give any salary to you.. they will ask you to search job somewhere else.. by telling some reasons..Just imagine which company will give salary whose employees are working for 6hrs.. 8am-2pm, 2pm to 8pm.. and in that also no work nly timepass.. internet browsing thats it...Trainers there who doesnt know how to speak english.. they are only getting salary around 15k.. you can imagine how company would be..Go and meet the manager he will be like without in..
