This is the email I had sent to recruiter associated with Softvision at their Mysore locaiton. I spoke to you earlier regarding the requirement.You have even scheduled the interview and made me to wait for the interview and then your colleague has sent an email to me saying the panel is not available and hence the interview is cancelled.You people do not have even courtesy to call and inform the candidate regarding the cancellation of the interview in advance.It speaks a lot about the organization and its culture.

Dont know about the inside environment and stuffs but any company should revert back after conducting interview. Be it rejection or selection, a company should respond back.
