I am writing about Remo Photos Remover. I’m not sure how I found this app, but it is really easy to use and it completely does what it’s supposed to do, remove your duplicate pictures. It’s WAY easier than the software you buy and use on a computer. My pictures on my phone were a mess and I was overwhelmed, but this has given me some control back. And it doesn’t have distracting ads or pleas to purchase something. I had one question and got a very quick response, so i believes their support seems good too. I really really like it! Good app! We run a data recovery company and had a client who formatted their memory card and required urgent recovery of their deleted video files. We managed to recover 100 video files however they all didn’t play.We downloaded the Remo video repair software and tried to repair corrupt file using a good reference file. The repaired videos played but had frame rate issue. After contacting REMO support and sending them the sample files, the development team managed to fix the software issue and we managed to successfully repair and play all 100 video files.

Last week I deleted my data on SD card and back-up copy on Hard Drive. I tried a lot, went thru google articles but could not retrieve my data. Someone said, data from SD drive if deleted cannot be retrieved. I was very upset as these were my documents from last 7-8 years. My cousin Prashant introduced me to Omer and Tim from Remo Software. Tim worked with me patiently for 6 hours (on July 22, 2020) and helped to get my files back. His instructions were clear even a non-technical person can follow. During the process I also saw some pictures and video that I deleted 3-4 months back. Great Help Im old and technologically challenged. When I contacted Remo, they went the extra mile to help me even though I didnt have the product code or any idea what the problem was. Lifesaving recovery app...My colleague recommended this to me when I mistakenly deleted around 1000 photographs. Remo Recover is a great tool with a good interface that allowed me to recover some much needed data after the operating system of a machine was overwritten by a new Windows install. I will admit that there are a LOT of data recovery tools out there that can do the same thing. I tried probably 15-20 different tools before I settled on this one. The aspect that made it the winner for me was the responsiveness of the support team and their ability to assist me in a timely manner.

After looking for a long time for effective data restore software, I found the REMO windows pro recover! This tool has the capacity to restore files to big for recycle bin, and also specific functions to restore media files. Everything worked perfectly! I also reached out to the support team with a few questions on how to get the license codes and install the soft -- everybody was VERY FRIENDLY and I quickly got a professional advice. Overall, my experiences are 10 out of 10. Highly recommended!

I have been looking for a good photo duplicate finder. Well I found a great duplicate photo finder. It does just what I wanted, finds and shows both (or three) photos and a simple check mark allows easy removal of the duplicates. You could not have made it any easier. Super Great Program!

I was forced to replace my phone when, as a result of changing carriers, my old carrier bricked my phone. The Remo app refused to see the SD card on my new Galaxy S7. Not expecting much, I called Remo tech support and much to my surprise, they took the issue in hand, sent it to their serious tech folk, fixed the app and had it working on my phone in under 2 days! This is unheard of. How often do the developers of apps actually fix an issue quickly without trying to blame the user or his phone. First rate customer service here!

Wonderful program. Make sure you use chat for help if you need it. That is much faster than email. I spent hours scanning pictures then the hard drive became corrupt. This program pulled them all back out for me !

An absolute MUST have if you are migrating Outlook to another computer. Wow, this must have saved me 3-4 hours of work and frustration. I have multiple email account, signatures, email rules and categories that all would have to be manually re-created but the Remo software does EVERYTHING. Very impressed and thankful for this software. Seriously, all I had to do was re-enter my email server passwords on the first Send/Receive and everything else was already set up identical to my original machine.

My computer would slow down every month or so. I got the Remo Optmizer software and ran it. Immediately the computer was up to normal speed. I have found that the Remo Optimizer support staff to be helpful and patient. When I switched to a new computer my software programs did not transfer. I did not have my authorization code so I contacted the support staff. They were on it immediately! I received an email with a new code and detailed instructions on how to reactivate the program.

The problem that I am having is Windows 10 64-bit version 1704 update F**** up my system really bad! I lost my D drive (it turned into RAW), and backup stopped working. (Apparently Microsoft is working on a patch that will fix the problem I am having... -- well see.)So after 2 weeks of back and forth trying to fix this problem I decided to give Remo Recover a try, and it worked -- somewhat. EasyRE did not work at all in comparison.Fortunately I had a 2 week old backup of my D drive. (I keep all my data on my D drive.) So now I had something to compare the recovery to. After running Remo PRO Recover I was able to copy my data from the RAW partition to a new place.The Verdict:Comparing the recovered files to the backup, I found- backup total file count: 336,406- recovered total file count: 294,368- Identical: 42,038- Different: 142,166- Unique recovered: 13- Unique backup: 152,189So Remo did not find all my files -- it missed a lot of them, and only about 12% are identical.

Having acidentally deleted a huge number of folders in Windows 10 I sought help from Remo Software. I downloaded their file recovery program which has very clear instructions. This quickly instantly produced a list of the deleted folders and files. Nick and Matt gave me very prompt and detailed email assistance to restore the files to the hard drive. I recommend this system to anyone wishing to recover files. WM 10 Jan 2017.

Remo Software did a good job in recovering my emails on Outlook Express and have been very responsive and helpful in solving the problem. My Outlook Express refused to open and all emails were blocked-so I could not either receive or send any email. Used my cell-phone as alternative email destination to contact them and they sorted the problem out with very timely responses and chatting sessions. As a service company their performance is commendable.

I am happy that I signed up with Remo Software to optimize my Windows PC (it has Windows 10 on it) because the Remo Software service keeps my PC running cleanly and efficiently, to keep it sound and avoid problems. Remo works quickly to scan, find issues, and then repairs the issues efficiently and speedily. Also, the Remo Help Desk operates quickly and efficiently to resolve issues. Recently I needed to contact the Help Desk for assistance in initiating the software and the Remo Helpdesk Tech quickly found the problem, as over the phone he guided me through checking the Remo folders we found that I had two versions of the software including an update. The remedy was to delete them both and then download the latest Remo software on my PC, and then it all worked fine. After the Remo scan, all issues were cleaned up and optimized on my computer and it is purring along great again. Remo is a Windows software partner and so I put much confidence in using the software. Thanks again, Remo!

Initially thought I had been duped by the program as my activation code did not work. Contacted support and had a response within minutes who gave me my activation code in no time. Ran the program and found all my lost files. It would be helpful if you could recover files by date lost only thus saving you time trawling through many files but other than that impressed and glad I got my files back. Simple to use but it is helpful to watch the clip online first. A very good product indeed thanks Remo!

I cant say enough regarding the software, as well as the support. The support is phenomenal! All I had to do was e-mail and I received a prompt reply. When plan A didnt work, Matt (my new best friend) when to plan B. It worked like a charm. I have been around personal computers since 1980, when they were first introduced. The first PC I worked with was a Radio Shack TRS-80-1, which had no internal memory; you saved your programs to a cassette tape. I worked with personal computer software in some capacity from the early 1980s. After I retired I continued to use my laptop daily, and I rely on it a great deal. When I tried the Remo Optimizer free version, I was very impressed with its performance, and purchased the full version. Now comes the rub -- I could not get the full version to load on my PC. An hour on the phone with technical support did not help. I was ready to give up, but Technical Service was not! Through unfailing patience (even as I grew more frustrated), they attempted several times to access my PC long distance and find an answer. Because they never quit, they were finally able to access my PC and successfully load the software for me. I have nothing but praise for these gentlemen, they never gave up; on my problem, and now Im a very satisfied customer! I highly recommend the support department of this company.

Tech support was great. Technician stayed with me until all pictures were recovered. Although more than 1 long session was required, I liked the fact that the chat information remained and we just continued where we had left off.

Im using this tool for several years now, easy to use and very reliable. Support is very fast, responce in minutes. I had some issues with activating the software after reinstall my laptop. Fixed in a few minutes after contacting support.

I bought Remo Recover a while back and since had upgraded my computer. When the need to use it to recover some files after windows forced me to reformat a drive it required registering again. Support were really quick to sort this for me and get a big thumbs up from me.

I accidentally deleted all my vacation photos from my camera. I tried the Remo software free preview for 2 weeks, trying to understand the instructions. They have a video which I watched many times, taking notes, but it still was not clear. A technician at Remo sent me a numbered list of what I should do, which was helpful but somewhat confusing as it didnt exactly match up with the video. Finally Remo offered to take over my computer and try the recovery of my photos themselves. I thought this sounded great, but my computer said their website was not safe (it was http and not https). Then I tried the preview software again, following the numbered instructions and not the video, and this time it detected the lost files and I could see them! I was able to download all but about 16 of my photos and they look great. I am very grateful for Remos patience and and willingness to help, and thrilled with the results.

They are great. I am not so tech savvy. They talked with me on a Sunday via chat. Monday morning they chat with me from ticket to see if I was able to get the photos. I was not able. I just purchased this software and it seems to be easy to use and works as advertised. I had a little trouble activating the software but the support team (John, Tim and Matt) answered my queries promptly (even in the middle of the night here in the US!) and their suggestion of copying and pasting in the license key solved the activation problem. John also gave me a tip that solved a specific problem I was having in printing from Microsoft Outlook 2010.

Had a USB flash/thumb drive that no longer showed in My Computer, Disk Management or even Device Manager. I had valuable data on it. I had made a backup in January but that was not recent enough as a few important files I had updated and saved them since then. Tried other software from other vendors but none of them were able to see the now invisible drive. Remo found all the files on the stick and recovered all but a couple, which were not important ones. Also it started showing up again so I was able to do a Quick Format on it and am now using it again!

Just had to clean reinstall Win10 on my laptop to resolve Windows issues which wiped out all my programs. Remo would not reactivate after a new installation. Remo Product Support was great in their communication with me and in providing a non-intuitive approach to getting the program to finally accept the registration key. They also kindly reactivated the key for me after my many attempts had rendered it inoperative. Thank you very much Remo.

I lost almost 800 pics of my family vacation which were stored on my camera SD card. Thanks to Remo Recover Media Edition, it recovered all of them for me. I tried many recovery program, but they charged me more than $100. For Remo Media edition I paid only $49.95.... I wanna thank Remo guys for developing such a beneficial product and that too within manageable budget....Remo Rocks for me!!! I should have downloaded it earlier and save my time.

I normally do not praise a particular product, but at this time I feel I must.About a year ago my laptop was locking up six or more times a day. I subscribed to Remo and a tech came into my computer a cleaned it up.As everyone knows, no matter what you do junk still gets back into the computer. Remo has a program called Optimizer that I have been using. The repaired computer started acting up about two moths ago and based on what I read from Remo, if you fully utilize the Optimizer it will correct most problems. I can honestly say IT DID. I had it downloaded but I never fully utilized it. That laptop has had no issues over the last week. I just downloaded Optimizer on another laptop that I just purchased. This laptop is small and it will be the one take with me outside my home. This is my Remo experience and I hope others find it useful.

To my great delight this software helped me recover hundreds of gigabytes of lost videos. The software works fast, the display is clear and pleasant to look at. So far all the rescued videos work as the original. And whats good with this software is that it recovers the original filenames and the file structure unlike some other software options.I had some problems with activating the software (due to an older trial version, I suppose). The customer service helped me out immediately.Very pleased.

I recently returned from a trip of a lifetime; in the flurry of sorting pictures from my trip, I managed to delete all the pictures I had taken on a very full media disc. With the help of my new Remo Recover software and some very helpful assistance from the Remo team, I was able to recover nearly all of my precious photos. I ordered another type of recovery software that same day, and there was no comparison . . . Remos software is remarkably effective and easy to use.

Using the demo I was able to recover all files from a formatted external hard drive. However, upon saving the files, each time it would get to a bad or corrupted file/sector on the external drive, it would stop with the message that it saved successfully. With hundreds of thousands of files, I would need to find where the saving stopped, and continue from there. It would take weeks and weeks to go through that process. I contacted support and they said they would put their development team on it. 18 days later I was helped by a developer, who clearly did not spend two weeks delving into the matter, since he asked what the problem was, to refresh him since he read it earlier but could not remember everything. At $179 for the product you would expect better customer service and support. The developer fixed the bug in probably less than 30mins and I was ultimately able to recover all my files. Their customer support service leaves much to be desired. (1) They would ask me to email them an hour before Im ready for them to remote into my computer, and then often I would not hear back for hours, or a day! As a professional myself I would expect a formal appointment time. (2) I would not receive any detailed update from their end, other than were working on it (3) The time for a developer to work on this is unacceptable, especially at the price paid for the software and it not working as advertised - surely they have encountered bad sectors on external drives before? After providing my feedback on their support I did not get an apology but simply a statement that my experience is not normal and they will rectify this in the near future. If the product worked the first time and I recovered my files they likely would have gotten a 4 or 5 star rating. I rate them at 2 stars because my experience with their support was poor. The product worked, but ultimately your product is only as good as your support.

Had a problem running the outlook backup software. Sent a request to support who was very responsive. They logged into my machine and had the software running in a few minutes. The whole issue was resolved in a couple of hours. Cant ask for better than that.Looking forward to many trouble free backups.Recommend the software to anyone .

Remo saved the day twice. First they were able to recover my files ,specifically my resume, from a drive that hard drive manufactures software corrupted. Second time was immediate and stellar support by Matt to reactivate my software after a system crash and rebuild. The software is thorough and works. I tried 4 different software packages before Remo and they all failed. I have done work in information technology for 20 years and would recommend this software before spending hundreds or thousands of dollars with a recovery service.

Excellent software that allowed me to recover my data on a drive that developed a damaged partition and folder/file structure. Due to the nature of the damage software was required to actually scan and recreate the files from the data and not from the directory tree. Remo Software did this job admirable. The end user support was excellent as the support personnel really took an interest in helping me to recover the data and were very knowledgeable about their software. I would highly recommend this software and company to anyone that is dealing with a damaged drive/partition and needed to recover the files. This company saved me from a huge disaster! I used Remo to recover files from a TOSHIBA 600GB external drive. Before trying REMO, I tried three other software tools which were unsuccessful to recover anything but less than 100 files. Fortunately, Remo helped recover thousands of files (photos and music files) from the disk which had extensive bad sectors and could not be read by Windows.The tech support I received was also excellent. I surely recommend Remo.

Windows 10, Office 365 & WORD 2003: Problem corrupt document.I purchased the Remo Word repair utility, but the file repair was more than the utility could handle. I forwarded the damaged file to the Remo Support group and the diagnosis was a severely corrupted header. The Support group extracted the data information from the header part and they rebuilt the header. I was very impressed with the quick response and the quality of the repair. Highly recommend this vendor and the Remo Support Group.

After changing my hardware could not activate Remo.However support solved the problem almost instantly although it has been a few years since I purchased this software.Initially this program was purchased to recover a specific file on a formatted hdd - no other program could find it and even a recovery service company did not succeed but Remo found enough to save my bacon.

I researched a number or potential tools to assist in the migration of our Outlook assets from an older PC running Windows Vista to a new platform running Windows 10 and Outlook 2016. I decided on Remo software because they not only move the data, but perform updates/conversions to be compatible with the new destination software.I downloaded the tool per instructions on both the source and target systems. The backup went fine, producing a sizable file. However, loading data into the new version produced an error message.I contacted Remo and was very pleasantly surprised to learn how responsive they were. After a couple of suggestions, they asked permission to access my machine via LogMeIn. I agreed and watched as they searched the necessary directories to get the information they needed.Within days, they produced a custom version of the tool that I downloaded and installed. I was then able to complete the migration flawlessly. The results were an exact duplicate of the original and, while getting Outlook to operate correctly on different systems, my new Outlook works perfectly.I am grateful for this software tool - it is very easy to use and for the incredible support their technical team was in working hard to address my problem. Few support teams are as responsive and personable as Remos. I highly recommend this company and its products - you get the tools and the team behind them with Remo.Thanks to all who worked to make my day less stressful!!!

Remo went the distance for me! I had a corrupt MP4 file which I could only partially recover using Remo Repair MOV. I contacted support with my issue. They were very responsive, and able to fully recover the MP4, which was a huge relief to me, as it was a helmet cam video of coached laps in a pretty special car at Circuit of the Americas (see pic from recovered video).

I purchased a subscription to Remo Optimizer after a scary crash and a sales pitch from someone to purchase something similar for 4 times the price. Not wanting to spend that much money, I did some research and found Remo. I checked out Remo and it is reputable After returning from a long trip, I tried to do a scan and discovered that the Remo program was uninstalled from my laptop. I did an online chat with them to try to fix it, but I didnt have any luck. They continued to be in touch via email, and at a convenient time, I telephoned them at the number they provided. The tech used a remote access program to take over my computer with my permission (an eerie, but safe, process -- as long as you initiate it). In a matter of minutes, the tech had reinstalled Remo Optimizer and activated it. Im back on line and once again have peace of mind that unwanted or unneeded stuff can be regularly removed from my laptop. I dont know how any of this works, or what any of the stuff is that Remo seeks out, identifies, and fixes. Nevertheless, my older laptop continues to run well since I purchased the Remo product last July. Only wish my subscription renewal date could have been adjusted to make up for the time I was without my Remo protection.

I absolutely found this product to be a lifesaver when it comes to Windows 10 updates that seem to dump junk files and errors every time I am FORCED to take them. Ive had to roll my laptop back 7 times and each time Remo Optimizer support helped me reinstall and get things up and running again. I highly recommend it, and so glad I discovered this fix!

I had downloaded and registered the Optimizer software. Later my hard drive crashed so I replace it. Needed to reinstall the software but had lost correspondence. A trouble ticket was submitted, I got a response within minutes. i followed the steps provided and Im back in business. Good customer support. Fast response.

After nearly three years from the purchase date Remo was fine with upgrading my license so that it would work the current version. Thats pretty good in my opinion!

I consider Remo recovery as a best recovery software. I tried many others - but without successful data recovering. Also the Remo support was very helpful.

I highly recommend this software and especially the customer support team (specifically Matt and Tim) for addressing my problem. I wanted to migrate my Outlook 2013 from a Windows 7 laptop to a new Windows 10 laptop with Office 365 (Outlook 2016). I had no problem backing up the Outlook 2013 but I continued to receive an error when trying to migrate to Win 10, Office 365. In less than 24 hours the support team custom configured the software for me and I had no problem migrating Outlook which took me about 15 minutes from backup to migrate. I am very pleased with the result. One could make the point that there should not have been the problem in the first place, but as a programmer myself, I understand that the various configurations pose a challenge. What impressed me was how quickly and professionally the problem was addressed and solved.

I had what turned out to be a fairly difficult migration from a big MS Outlook 2003 file (10 years of activity/data) on Windows XP machine to Outlook 2013 on a new computer. My old 2003 Outlook had somehow become pretty messed up with multiple profiles (unbeknownst to me) and so my first attempt at migrating was not successful. The customer service person I had worked with me for probably five or six hours using chat support over a two day period and finally got everything straightened out and my data successfully migrated over to my new computer and software. This support person was very patient with my lack of knowledge/understanding of some aspects of the process and my system as well as all my questions...some of those questions were probably beyond their responsibility as it relates the problems on my end with my software, system and files. Anyhow, I got most (not all) of my questions answered but most importantly I got all my data transferred to my new system. I am very pleased with Remo Backup and Migration software and their customer service.

This software works really well and has made a positive improvement to the manner in which my systems work. However, what really marks Remo out from the crowd is the speed and efficiency with which it deals with problems and / or difficulties - absolutely first class.

Complete scam. They will take your money, wont fix anything and then youll never hear from them again. I downloaded their software to fix a corrupt MP4 video file that I shot with my camcorder. I tried the software 4 times, but their software couldnt fix it. Now I know it was a fixable file since another website was able to restore a portion of it for me for free, but they wanted over $150 to do the whole file. When I asked Remo for my money back, they told me to upload the file to them and they would see if they could fix it. That was 5 months ago and since then Ive called twice and sent 4 e-mails with absolutely NO RESPONSE. My money is gone, my file is still bad and this is by far the WORST online experience I have ever had with any company. Dont waste your money or your time....their software is worthless and their customer support is non-existent. Thanks a lot Remo ... FOR NOTHING !!!!

Support contacted me actively to ask if the software was working properly. As I experienced some difficulty, the support team followed through with perseverence over several weeks until the problem was solved. The recovery of the drive worked fine, in the end.

Still waiting for the recovery of several lost/missing Picasa photo folders, but the experience and service so far has been great. Happy to give a further testimonial when mission accomplished.

I have just installed remoOptomizer on all my computers and the installations went well. When I ran the software it cleaned at least 500+ errors on each computer. Looks pretty good to me!!Ron....

What happened to me was - a CF card from my Canon 5d camera died for some reason so I couldnt transfer important footage from it. By using Data Rescue app I found a way to restore files itself, but all of thew were still corrupted and I couldnt work with them. I couldnt even play them. Then I did some research I googled Remosoftware they have different product also the one I needed Remo .Mov recover. And yeah it worked from the beginning no hustle, I restored all files I needed. We edit the final video on time, client was happy. I still see there is a way to make Remo app better. Ive shot 136 video files and had to restore them one by one, it took me several hours. It might be a good update and button to restore several files. Support so fast and efficient!
