Being a recent joinee @ Rapidd, my learning curve has and is still in the upward direction. So far its been only better with fresh assignments and a higher Work-Life Balance. The Leads are helpful in giving you the important tips of how to analyze the project. Regarding the Office experience, I only hope its much fun than the current WFH scenario.

I should mention that RAPIDD Technologies is unlike any other company i have ever come across with.....i had a short experience and that too 1 year back ...and as per my point of view everything about RAPIDD is unique and distinct in its own way....where core human values are equally given importance along with your technical skills ...u can be an outstanding techie but still u need to have those qualities within you to make a mark....thanks to the vision of Bhoopalan sir who is driving with this unique ideology and is being a role model for others.....i can surely say this company is destined for greatness and i wish them god speed to achieve and overcome all the hurdles with ease.

They are not professional especially in reciting people and we are wasting our valuable time.I was called for an interview.Ihave nearly 8 yrs exp.I was asked to attend a written test.After that one HR lady started talking regarding my resume around half an hour.One guy was sitting in the corner of the room ,he was supposed to be the CEO.Previous day while scheduling the interview another HR told me u have discussion with CEO.Now the HR went to him with my resume and some secret conversation was thr with them.She came to me and told our CEO is busy and u cant meet him now.I went back.I took a half day leave from my current firm and went through.Can I call them professionals.what I will call these people and how much I can rate...If they are behaving in this manner now what would be when they become an mnc..

I am working in Rapidd Technologies since last 4 months.
