Hello, We are not telling you to work 13 or 15 hrs a day, you have to finish your assigned target for the day, you finish your target in one hour or 5hrs or 13 or 15 hrs its upto you, that you have to plan your work accordingly, also when you come to work please keep aside your personal problems, come out with your name and discuss more. Good guidance but it depends on seniors friendly environment you can learn many things in medical billing like demo entry, charge entry, and payment posting, salary is a bit low for freshers, respectful management and HR team.

I request google to create one negative star for this company. If you guys see the reviews which are of 5 star, those are given by HR Pooja it self. These guys created Fake account under Sreedhar blr, Lokesh blr and rajeeva blr and given 5 star rating just to increase rating in google also you can see some family members accounts also who have not even dont know where office is located and how it works. Have you guys seen any where HR itself giving 5 star to them self. You can see it in this company. (read the review of Pooja Kaul). These guys do not have one proper management facility. Here HR enters into operations. which they have zero knowledge of Medical billing. I do not under stand why Manager are sitting ( just for name sake they hired). One more guy who is working from 10 years in this organization but do not have authority to speak to CEO. From the day I Joined, I see 150+ candidates has given interview, these guys not even selected 10 also. In this organization they want people who work like donkey and do not pay even single penny extra. Even salary is too less. When there is problem b/w HR an employee and if you escalate to CEO. He even doesnt bother of responding to it. Here HR is head and what ever she tells that will be final. You guys dont have other option only. ( In they review they speak of team bonding ) this is one comedy sentence I guess. Here there is only divide and rule . HR doesnt want to perform as a team. I request every one not to join this Bakwas company and spoil your carrier. This company is exist from 15 years but dont even see 50 employees . You can see 365 days openings in this company. Here if you guys go against HR , you will be fired immediately.

I worked at makepositive full-timeProsI think OSPROSYS is the only company in India which has a perfect work and personal life balance. I have never come across such company who has all good and selfless people under a same roof. Or may be team for which I was working was amazingly supportive.I think OSPROSYS gave me enough exposure at work. I think here an individual should be responsible for their work and complete them not depending on their leads. There is much scope for work in terms of improvement.

My kind advice , dont get into trap of this company by seeing the positive review, none of these review true, Pleaes dont spoil your career. There are tons of company out there. first thing this company has very poor hr and exit policy .they dont give relieving letter , they will throw you out like a garbage . you can easily see every day people get fired just like that.. The HR team treat you like school kids , they will keep monitor you whatever you do. your dress and your shoes . they create new policy to make you as slave of the company . if come to office half an hour late , they will treat that half day . if you come two days late in a week , then it will treated as full day LOP.

You can see employee getting terminated just like that for nothing.3. They give you assurance of many benefits , But later you end up indeceived.4. First of all the company doesnt have proper HR policy structure. Second who ever joins this company cannot work for more than 3 months , at the time of joining they will flatter you with all fancy words but you will be terminated whenever they feel like even if you are a fresher or manager doesnt matter . There is no job security here, there are some people who are surviving in this company only because they are relatives or friends of the owner. Freshers its a good place to understand how politics work here , please dont jump into this well . Get maximum advises from people who know this company.

Micro-management to an extent that not even the managers are not spared, company should be matured enough to trust its employee and make the environment employee friendly, farewell is not entertained even to the ones who were part of it for years, once resigned I was asked not to come to office but to serve the notice period from home. The HR is the pain and suffocating if you dont favour bucketing him he targets to terminate or force until you resign, one guy was terminated for talking to the reporting manager! Such a abusive HR will never let the company grow.
