I have been working with NetiApps for 2 years now I find the work place to be very friendly, freedom to work, the best part is we follow open door policy , we can walk into our seniors directly regarding any issues.Never had any issues regarding salary so far I have enjoyed working with NetiApps.

When I got there offer I already had 2 more offers but I choose Netiapps without any reason and its probably one of the best decision I have ever taken. They treat there employees as human being. The CEO never let you feel down and behave like leader not like a BOSS. He always introduce employees as colleagues during phone call or to others. Very supportive Teammates and great working environment.

Pathetic company. The owner does not deserve to run a company. After joining you will get to know about the fake promise. Even though if you give your best they dont pay you never ever on time you need to keep asking every month. The owner is simply sitting there to get the money earned by employee and to become rich. If you are good in your job dont join Netiapps . They are demotivating and if you want to leave, the owner will say that I have good connection with various IT organisations and I will spoil your career. 90% of the employees are just worthless and cant do anything.P.S - In Response to the reply by Owner - Manoj.I have the documents to prove that how you people behaved with me.You did not pay full month salary. You even deducted public holidays & all weekend salary and paid with the deducted money. You are a Shameless person.
