Very spacious and beautiful place. Liked it. Dont know about working environment.

I have worked in this organisation.My experience has been good. They have well maintained campus with state of art facilities. SAP , Analytics , Devops and other projects function in this campus. They are maintaining safety precautions in COVID 19 situations too. Overall a very good organization for employee guidances.

I currently work here. The Bangalore campus has a lot of support projects.. But still the teams are good, people are great, work culture is cool, and the learning is good.

The company campus is very great. Vast. And all. The management is nice.This is a well maintained campus with well secure place.There is not much parking for the interviewees or visitors is outside and is on owners risk. Please take care.

Lovely place to work. Very pleasant environment with a long walkway and full of trees and grasses. No dress code, so you can wore a business casual attire.

Good company. Better facilities compared to other service companies. Only cons is if you are on bench then you have to help yourself to get a project.

You know its L&T infotech when you are inside one of their premises. Location is great but not the locality and the food provided inside is also average.

Dear Sir,I live down your lane at EPIP Zone in Bangalore. Will be good to ask all employees to take a walk down the pavement and see the number of tea cups that lie there.They should encourage the tea vendor to collect garbage and discard. If that is difficult, they must take it back to the workplace and throw it there. That beautifully tree-lined street is a sorry sight on Sundays and early mornings with those casually thrown tea cups.This is our India.... we can teach respect by showing respect.warmest always

Very good organization

Campus is good. Library, gym, dorm, clean cafeteria and lots of outdoor space. Workplace efficiency is not that great but they seem to be working on making it better.

VERY BAD PROFESSIONAL ENVIRONMENT AND VERY VERY BAD PLACE TO WORK. IF YOU ARE WORTHLESS YOU WILL BE LOVING THIS ORGANISATION. TALENTED PEOPLE ARE ABSCONDING AFTER 1-2 MONTHS AND AS A RESULT LTI BECOMES A POOL OF NON ETHICAL , NON-PROFESSIONAL PEOPLE.

Nice Campus with greenery around.

Company not that big, though in news for buying Mindtree. Today is its 22nd birthday. Setup is good. Canteen is low cost. Cafeteria, library and gym is very good.

I work in this company. Its one of the global IT solutions & services company in India headquarter in Mumbai.LTI Bangalore is one such branch. The location and campus is very huge. Surrounded by lush green trees combined with beautiful buildings makes it one of the awesome place to be in. Quality is work is good. As many as 1000 people work in this campus.

Bangalore campus is very good with all facilities.Youd love to work here.Nice environment.Gym with all equipments.Free Morning snacks,Evening snacks,Dinner to all LTI Employees.Very Good Culture.And Obviously, Good Company with Great opportunities !

Worst HR Team at Bangalore ITPB White field Branch. They offer you a low package with high expectation. Offer released after 2 months. No salary discussion. They feel that they are the BOSS.

The campus is good. Food taste and quality must be improved. People are very kind 😃❤

Nice company. Lots of greenary. But there is a problem for parking your vehicle. Though L&T owns the parking and its big, but still its outside the campus.

The worst company management that Ive seen till date. Went for an interview. Stood in a crowd (not a queue) for over 5 hours. No seating or food arrangement for a mega drive of over 2000 people. For experienced people, instead of a F2F interview, they conducted a 10 minute so-called aptitude test(maths questions), just to filter out the crowd. Never applying to LTI. Dont wish to be a part of such a poorly managed organization.

Very good and spacious infrastructure. It has lot of space and the buildings are spaced out. It is in Whitefield and is easily accessible, the ITP roads leading to it are in good condition but will be crowded during peak hours so plan accordingly. Visitors parking is outside the building at your own risk and there is limited space outside so plan it if your attending an interview here.While going for an interview, please carry your interview invite email as well a govt ID proof for the security to issue a badge to you and allow you in. It would take upto 30 mins depending on the crowd so properly go ahead of your interview time.

I visited here for the interview and i spent 9 hours giving the interview its 5 was 5 rounds of interview including the written test i cleared all of them one by one the technical rounds were little tough but i managed to clear them as well i filled the HR form and they said they will call i got selected even in that everything went very well but even now Im waiting for the offer letter and if i call them regarding the same they will say like there is some problem in the system so thats why we are not able to generate you offer lettenI mean seriously 😤😤😤They dont give value to the people.

This is a business facility , company owned , has restricted access. Overall well maintained , being a L&T subsidiary. Has lot of open green space inside the campus. Sports two cafeterias along with other business services. Open and covered parking spaces available for employees and guests alike.

Very bad experienceThey called for Face to face discuss but they conducted walking and it took whole day with no any kind of discussion.Recommend you to please check and confirm with HR before going to attend any kind of interview.

Nice work place for IT employees.Walk area, play area, library, gym etc are available to spend your leisure time.Security staff are polite and helpful.

I work for LTI as Robotics Process Automation developer... We have good team coordination, we have gym n fun zone for relaxing

Wrost company I never this type of company in my life no proper update s company .No one how to work.That why Apple company cut relationship with Lti infotech

Quite big campus. Will be easily visible while passing. The parking is an issue here for the ones who are not of the company

Nice place in IT hub area next to vydehi .it has got parking for guest aswell .Itpl is nearby to it so as vydehi bmtc bus stand.also good restaurants are there to satisfy your hunger.

LTI has own campus in Whitefield which is big with greenery all over campus but Visitors/employees have to park outside gate if they have no vehicle pass. Its one of the Indian service based company.

LTI bangalore location is awesome... Gym, indoor games, badminton, volleyball court... everything is good but seminar halls are bad... Weird smell will come in training rooms and seminar halls due to the poor carpet flooring

Just another software services company. Management is not that strong in acquiring new clients. Most of the projects are maintenance based.

LTI (Larsen & Toubro Infotech), A L&T Group Company. LTI is a global technology consulting and digital solutions company. Good looking campus and environment but requirement team is very bad even they didnt knew basic things

Never seen such a interview process where after HR discussion you will be called after 5 days to have another round of interview ...worst ever Interview I had where the Interviewer was a person with smile on face but demotivating with words and showcasing that this company provides the best for the employees in all aspects.none of the company tries to follow the same what they Promise during the Interviews.Finally after 3 weeks of multiple interviews now the HR have responded back saying they dont have enough requirement for bangalore location.Frankly speaking guys they have selected around 20 people after HR round and now they have denied each of the candidate saying we cant be taken for bangalore and it is not approved from DU.So going L&T was just waste of 2 working days..... Do check with HR for the location if you are going for L&T. 😊😊

Selection process in interview as such pathetic. Interviewer was arrogant to listen to me as like hes always right. You should 1st listen to candidate carefully & see his effort before judging him.

Located at KTPO and the campus is very big.Inside the campus you have a canteen for having food.

Mentioned F2F but here i had telephonic all the way am travelled from elecronic city to whitefield wasted my time 3 hours in journey instead of that i can take call at my home onlyAnd about the panel seriously i need to complaint regarding interview process just 2 questions asked suggesting need to improve how he can decide with 2 questions and dont know about technically which i know in oracle dba. Also no answer for whta i asked in oracke dba terms I can say it is disappointing and disastrous.Hurting people with basic questions and requesting dont schedule like this interviews in case you no need of candidates atleast we can be at home not wasting our time and hopes

I have attended interview for some Niche skill and I had traveled three hours for that and After I reach one Senior guy took my interview and asked about which state I belong to and He took interview for just 15 min, Even though I have answered everything and I had followed up by mail for several times, no reply from their sideWorst Interview process, Negligence by HRs, No follow ups neither reply

Worst company I have seen. If U have at least 6 to 7 hours then only go for interview. I have went for interview and completed written test at 11am only. Then I waited till 4:30. In between then I have asked you hr when you start interview, they said panel is not there. Then panal came at 3 and took interview like group discussion, 3 candidate together. So irritating
