I made an inquiry through the website about 4 months ago in November. After being informed of the length of the trial period, I immediately requested to cancel since I got the answer I needed. The customer service representative I spoke to assured me that she cancelled my service at the time of the initial call in November of 2020. Come to find out in February of 2021 that I was getting recurring charges for a service that I already cancelled. If you have questions that a simple google search will not sufficiently answer, save your money and go to Quora instead. Otherwise be prepared to watch your bank account like a hawk.

I would advise you not to use, as the monthly fee which you are not sure what day it will be charged is never refundable. So if you want to try the free trial, it is not free. The expert was good, so that if why I am giving one star. However the no refund policy no matter what seems to be pretty extreme since they are a word of mouth business. They seem ok with losing customers for the $60 fee.

Avoid this scam at all costs. They advertise $1 to ask a question of an expert only to charge you a hidden monthly membership fee of $60 without asking. Shameful.

I request HRs Ashishi & Veena learn minimum basic skills in regards how to deal with people before & post interview process. I have done total 5 rounds of interview i.e I spent my quality time & dont I have right to ask feedback or dont you have min commonsense to share feedback post interview?? After multiple phone calls, I have sent a mail to know my feedback still no response from your side. Very pathetic experience I ever had.

I was looking for answers to a medical question because I cant afford a doctor and they squeeze really small into the fine print BTW in 7 days were going to sneak in a $46 monthly charge and when you reach out they say no refunds. Please do not use this service. If an actual doctor works for these people you should be ashamed.
