This is the worst company I have ever worked in. Worst management. They have hired team leader who themselves don’t know anything about product and services. Vinayak this guy is a liar and have tortured me a lot in my 6 months of journey by increasing his voice and trying to drag me down unnecessarily whereas he was only interested in my personal life than work. I should have taken this legally as I have all the proofs of him misbehaving with me and all but thought of not going further because I am not a localite.If anyone wants to ruin their future or get into the trap then only join the company.

Selected for 6months bt jus cancelled offer after 2month without prior offical mail.

This is my second company. Director is very supportive and highly technical. Getting opportunities to learn new things. All developers are very friendly , highly skills and ready to help of others when required. Working environment is also very good. Work from available when needed. Idexcel working with all latest trending language.

Never ever join this company. highly unprofessional people are part of management. i am ever thankful to god that i am out of this company. Even while joining i had issues where the communication was some ABC amount and offer letter was given for XYZ amount. Now when i am out of their payroll for 2.5 months and following up for full & final settlement it is still not done. last working month salary was paid after 45 days. But But But huge amount was deducted and no explanation given. No salary slip provided even after followup over phone and email. if you want to loose your peace of mind only then join this company...

I worked there for 6 months.There is nothing to learn. They dont have project also they have only one project cync. People r fighting for learning.And I found there is lot of pollitics. People who actually willing to work they dont even try to understand.And one person will decide who will stay in your team.Dont join Idexcel. Carrier will collapsed.

My experiences was very bad, when they have called me for job at that time they havent inform me about the contract and I have asked is there any contract. They informed me no not like that after giving resign from my company, I visit the Office at that time also they havent inform me that there was any contract and when they give me form to sign a start reading what is there and what is the policy. So after a 3 mins one lady come and she told shahbaz why you are wasting you time in reading what ever I told you is writen same. I believe on her and sign on all the document. And 20 days she again called me and inform to collect the Hard copy at that time I read all, after that she said for this you should have to contact to the recruiter why you are asking me. When I have called to recruiter she start ignoring our call (we are 4 people who facing the same problem and something have done with them also). One day without informing I visit the office and I ask where HR I want to talk to her, receptionist said that she is not in the office and she not well that why she is not coming out office, and when we are calling to recruiter same thing she also start ignoring our call. And after 3 month HR mailed us informing that your contact will over on 17 March. Kindly search other job.And at this time they informed me that final settlement will after 60 days( mean after 60 days I will get my salary) it over company policy.After the all conversation about the salary and all, I got no solution from them.HR was Rohini and Recruiter was Shilpa.So that why I fell to share my experiences with you all.Thanks.

Worst behaviour of hr MEGHA.B she dont know minimum time sense i think there will be west people maintanance...

I have got selected in this company and got offered also. I even looked for a house near this office. Just before 10 days of my joining I got a call from HR saying that the project for which you are hired for may not come to us, so you can start looking out for some other opportunities. In case if you dont get any offer you can still join us but if you are not allocated to project within 15 to 30 days we will ask you to resign.Looks like this company has improved a bit Previously I have seen companies offering students and later terminating the offer.If you dont have clarity on projects please dont hire and waste candidates time
