Yes you can go for it. Dont trust on negative reviews. I am sharing my personal experience.
Facility is good.But, Interviewer behavior and knowledge is worst and they wont listen our point of view or suggestions.I came to know that the JD which they shared is copy from an another organization.I crossed questioned them regarding the same. They replied as they are not using the same.They said from top level they has given this JD.
Based on my Professional and Personnel Experience in EKA1 formerly known as eka softwares solutions Pvt Ltd.1. They wont Listen newly joined candidate suggestions. (Rich Expereince people from outside the organization)2. Without proper evidence or source they keep the employee in PNP (purely on personnel vengence)3. They dont have any internal process or process manual. But they will tell us to follow process 😆😆.4. Without informing the resource. They will change the reporting manager.5. Moreover, one senior VP in product team I dont want to mention his name (beard guy) he will haress girls mentally.
Worst Experience with Interviewer...1. Doesn’t know manners,2. No punctuality (delay more than 2hr)3. They won’t give short brief about the company, project, domain, no proper JD, etc.,4. Waste of time.Pls don’t ever attend interview in this organisation.

Bad job interview experience, they mention you are put on hold, and ignore you for more than a month. Have to ping, a thousand times to get back on results, two weeks to share an update on the candidature.

One of the worst company to work in Bangalore, The below things are mandatory to see before joining this company to avoid the career progression.1. Process - No Process has been followed though out this organization past 15 years old2. Ethics - No Ethics has been followed by any Senior Management Team (starting from CEO till Mid Level Managers)3. Organizational Behavior - No behavior or humanity available in this organization4. Investors - Investors are already questioning about the status of the organization because of no progress made in the past 15 years5. Career Growth - Utter Growth Opportunities if you stick in this organization, frequent changes in the org structure6. Fake Job Descriptions - Copying from the other company website and getting the resource from the market7. All the Top Management Folks - CEO, CTO, VPs and HRs, Finance People - 0% knowledge - Do not have any experience about the large organization, just copy and paste will never work8. First Respect People in the Organization and stringent your process, then automatically people will live in the organization else people will leave within 6 months (for sure) - Currently happening.Note:We cant say this is a start up based organization, because it is already 15 years old. How long they can project themselves as Start Up.. We are all in IT industry and because of this whole IT is getting spoiled,We need to have some committee to check these type of organization to check whether they are running properly as per the Indian Law, Culture, Process... etc...
Dont go for interview just waste of time. People who are conducting interview lacks basic manners. They dont introduce themselves and doesnt even say hi before beginning. U will be asked to sit on a broken chair and attend interview. People who claim managers are very rude and doesnt listen to your answers in between they will stop you and start lecturing. Pathetic experience.Even if they offered I wouldnt join as company lacks culture.
Pathetic company. Very political minded, jealous management. They dont allow to work. Worst product have ever seen in career. The company is dying. Very old & poor technical standard. 15 years of old tech stack.Biggest problem is with the CTO, VP these people. Very dirty minded and vindictive in nature. Give them any good technical suggestion, they consider you as threat and try to finish your life.AVOID THIS COMPANY !!! AND RAISE VOICE AGAINST THEM !!!
They are manipulating review comments in public forums to save their faces. Such kind of dishonest company. Everybody in the market knows about ekas present poor situation. Nothing they can hide no matter how much they try. Everybody knows due to poor technical quality their products are gone.
Eka is going through the bad phase of any IT company. No freshers or trainee or intern or experienced to join there and nobody should attend interview there. Senior managers, senior software engineers, VPs, House keeping boys and girls are getting fired from the company Eka. As per my research and investigation the reason for the company downfall is the leadership. No technical person is managing the company. How can someone implement a software who did fashion designing and plumbing job expert. Same is eka with the expert guidance from unqualified non-qualified people. Even talks are going on to stop the breakfast and evening snacks. Working people in aka try and try and save yourself. Rest all be there till they close the company themself
Here is a quick review about EKA before anyone ever wants to join there. !! there is the CTO who does not know anything that going down the floor. The implementation and the workflow is never revisited or changed over the years and i think my grandfather even has updated himself the current trends but not the methods and standards in EKA. The VP of Professional services is so biased that the only word he believes is that of his spy relative he placed in the QA team. Only he would get the money in Appraisals even though the guy struggles to send a mail in english or convey an issue to other fellow team mate. He can also get senior people get fired. It’s only the political game that people are interested about in EKA. be good to the manager and other top shots and it will rain good to you. Be good on technology or suggest any ideology on implementation you will be moved to PIP or beat down with the numbers in the end of the year or better of you might be fired too which has been the recent trend of EKA. t fired more than thirty (That’s right - 30) people in the last 2 months. Stay safe and stay away from this broken down piece of software which hasn’t seen any new light since 2011. Jai Hind

They called me for interview and just say u may leave without take interview because they already took interview as referral. Then what is the use of announcement. Waste of time . please dont walk in for interview. They dont know about human values ... idiot HR.
