They follow Ikigai where we can learn What we love, What the world need, What we paid for, What you are good at.

People are professional and passionate in what they do. Logistics and caring environment. I had attended their Scrum Meetup and it felt great.1. Organizers ensured people voted for topics2. Logistics and checking with speakers3. Able to handle larger than expected participants to event4. Technically savvy to accommodate last minute requests of speakers5. Food and facilities were excellent.

Worst company doing time pass interviews and wasting candidates time

Netherlands based exceptionally well organised software firm. Excellent place to work. Different from other software companies. A lot of learning with fun and growth. A good compensation structure and freedom to express yourself. Extremely proud to be an employee of such an amazing firm. :)

Devon is an amazing workplace for geeks specially, if you want learnings, salary, good work culture and transparent policy then, this is the place where you should be.Even after being a service based company, it provides employee benifits more than MNCs. but surely its not the place for email writers and documentations seekers, because from entry level to high level management all are tech geeks. The company follows oral agreement and transparency.The only thing I am not liking is that the company doesnt allow work from home, but still I give it 5*

Used to visit this company to attend Technology events. They used to conduct quarterly meetups about Software Architecture, Agile Methodologies, Open source software and so on. They are doing a great job to motivate community towards building a better world by technology adoption...
