Awesome startup for freshers...

I went to this organization for an interview and it was for Front end developer in React-js. A couple of people came with their laptop and started the interview as usual. Initially, they asked me to explain about myself and later they started asking me technical questions for which I was there for. All was going good until I came to realize that they were googling the questions and asking me the questions with the help of Google (that GOSH moment). That was Okay for some extent, but one of them asked me a question like Whats the diff b/n react setState and replaceState - I know the answer for the first term, but I was not sure about the second, I was recollecting what I have prepared within myself for some time and then answered for the first term, but couldnt answer for the second. Once I came out from the interview Like most of us I was anxious to find what was the second term meant? I just googled for the second term (i.e. replaceState) and came to know the answer, also a hilarious fact about the term that it was deprecated in 2015, its nowhere in the official documentation as well. (ROFL moment).A kind requests to the organisation if you guys dont have a team which is efficient with the technology for which you are trying to recruit for, hire an expert as an interviewer for a day and call for a walk-in.Finally, after the interview, HR came to me and told me the same dialogue i will get back to you shortly but she never reached me out. Guys whether it is a Yes or No, call them back and say that the particular person is selected or not. Because they gave some of their valuable time to your company. Show some ethics to your profession.

It is a very cool company with just above dominos and working environment is also very good. But if you are going for an interview in that company then it will be a very long process.

Do not pay them unless you receive all work. They never completed remaining 3 projects. Their development work is sound, but design lacks eye to detail. I had to pay for my domains and hosting on monthly basis which was a lot of money but they never completed remaining work. Be careful.

A very good startup with like minded youths.
