I attended the interview for Technical Support Team. Although i had not heard a lot about this company before the interview, I was surprised to see the professional approach taken by everyone involved during the interviews. They interviews were done on time without making me wait. The technical manager gave me a detailed overview about the roles and responsibilities and what i need to be aware before taking up the role. The expectation setting was very transparent, which was clearly missing in other interviews that i have been taking. Good experience overall.

Overall a great place to work. Good growth during the pandemic and they are constantly bringing in new projects which is good for the employees as well as the growth of the organisation.Unsure of work culture as everyone has been working remotely for the past 1.5 years, but great support from peers.

I am currently working for Betsol for the last one year as a Senior Technical Support Engineer T2 and I am really happy with all the support and guidance from my teammates and management. What I feel is, if you do your work assigned to you in the correct manner rest of all will be followed.Never got a chance to go to office and work due to Covid! but always getting good assistance from our IT team as well when requesting for any replacement of Laptops as well..I feel the Company supports and care for their Employees which is more important in an Organization...

Interview process is very very slow & there is no proper communication from HR. Questions asked during the interview were outdated. They expect us to join within 30 days but their process itself takes more than 30 days. There is no value for referrals, I think they wont respect their own employees. Overall I had worst experience!

Love the Company and people associated with it. The interview process was smooth. The recruiter and HR will be connected till the last second you join them. They will do a regular follow up that I havent seen so far. Had an amazing experience and would like to be a part of this organisation in near future.

I had the best interview experience here. Totally they have 5 rounds, aptitude, GD, and 2 technical and 1 HR round. Finally got selected. They also communicate very well till the joining to check our availability. But due to some reasons I coudnt get into the company. Overall It was a great experience for me.

When i was here for the interview, it was just 3 rounds in an hour and then they gave me the offer letter by EOD. It was the best experience so far. As all companies would have pros and cons, even here you may find few. But if you want to explore the domains and learn new technologies, this is the best place to start with. Also for freshers who are well skilled and interested in exploring their skill set and talent, I would recommend you this company. Honestly speaking this is my 3rd company after Convergys and TCS. I have spent the most years of my experience here. And feel great that it has been fruitful so far.

It has been about 3 weeks in BETSOL and it feels good to work with such a young and energetic team, even the CEO is approachable and has been a good experience so far and looking forward to do much greater things together.

I had an amazing interview experience. There was instant communication from the HR team after every round. The process of onboarding was made really smooth despite the fact that I was onboarded during the pandemic. They value your opinions and the managers are free to interact with. In my opinion Betsol gives you the place to try new ideas that seem crazy at first.

We have been here from the beginning of the process and the one good thing about Betsol is that there are few people who relaize the employee issues and help accordingly. Its good to see that the company has grown from what it was to what is today and I am happy have been there till date.There some cons at times there is no correct coordination for few things and with some client applications where there is no support from the client side. Its a recommended that we have some kind of KT when it comes to few clients as to how their environment will work with Betsol. So that the users working for that client so not have an issue . It’s been less than a month that I have been working at Betsol Software as a full-time employee. I had a wonderful experience since Day 1 starting from the interview process which was perfectly streamlined all the way till onboarding. If any new Internal Job Posting is coming, they wont help you instead they hire new guy. I tried a lot to get IJP but no one help. I ruin my career by working in this organization. Went for a interview there a few months back. I believe they have the top 3 floors for the company. Its good and spacious enough to accommodate the entire staff. The rest of the building was still unfinished though. Good and kind staff

Almost 2 or 3 people mentioned the same issue here and I have also been experienced the same when i went to the interview . It was almost 5 rounds of interview and lasted for more than a week and I still didnt get the feedback for last round . If you are going for the interview here all the best for your waste of time .

One of the worst organisation.Dont waste your time for this company. I read the reviews still i attened the interview for DEVOPS but i regret later. They interviewed for 5 technical rounds. they will mention different name for the round but it will be technical only at all rounds. After clearing all the 5 rounds in a single day due to the pressure from the HR they dont even bother to give update after all the rounds. But for each round they will behave like they are interviewing for GOOGLE or something by following you to join the call before 10 mins. Such a waste of time.

Worst place to work. Lot of religious discrimination. Management itself is too poor. If you raise your voice against Gud they’ll look for a way to kick you out from the company. If they don’t find any faults they’ll only ask you to leave the company by offering immediately reliving etc. No cabs, no proper response from the managers. Lot of partiality and discrimination. Life here is like being In a school with lot of restrictions from your principal or teacher.
