Horrible experience if you give an interview. HR is very rude and arrogant. Since last 4 years same experience. I would say the top management is really not interested about companys reputation.

Shruthi gaviappa was the HR..I gave 3 rounds and she told you are selected and no reply for 2 weeks and when I call no reply and one fine day I get mail that I am rejected with no proper feed back

I worked here and best place with best people. Only demerit I could see is investor and higher management taking 180 degree decisions most of the time. They also split the org into 3 portions and sold after 5 years of owning them.

I had cleared 2 rounds of interview (Aptitude and Technical written) in Aptean, but in the 3rd round i was rejected just because im from aeronautical background. The lady (Savitha Rao) interviewer was very rude, did not even have common ethics to greet a person before the interview. She did not have patience to listen to my answer. She thinks aeronautical people dont know anything. But the fact is that aeronautical people are the best. She insulted me in the interview. This lady has almost 10 years of experience, but she has not learnt how to behave with someone in her carrier. They almost took 1 month for just 3 rounds. I wonder if they see the resume before interviewing a person. If they dont want aero background people, then why do they shortlist them? I have never felt so bad in my carrier. This lady will get it back for sure. But the HR (Shruthi) was really very kind and responsible.

Beware of this company! Do not interview with this company or join. The HRs are blocking candidates from Vista Portfolio companies if a candidate rejects the offer or for any reason and also threatening candidates to block their candidature. This company has the most unprofessional HRs who ask irrelevant questions to candidates and tries to get into their personal physique. The reviews about HRs says it all as to what they are upto and how they are treating candidates/employees by threatening and blocking candidature for no reason. The HR/Recruiters themselves are big liars who manipulate stories about candidates to hide their unprofessionalism. They dont even know how to talk to candidates professionally.

Bakwas interview process I suggest dont go they will simply ask to come they will ask aptitude test to clear first round even though you are 10 years of experienced....

Attended interview today .. Oh man wat an infrastructure and work place to work. Those work place will lead you to do work in that place.just wow. I am hoping to get positive results for my interview.

HR send you home after telling you you hv cleared aptitude test and they ll call us on another day for interview.... You wont hear from her again... Waste of time

Nearest bus stop is Sujata theatre from Majestic. Very nice place to learn, work and enjoy. Lots of employee engagement programs and healthy work environment. Lucky to get a company like this in my starting career.

Clueless and pathetic HR. Its been three days since I applied for the job and got shortlisted but none of my mails regarding the interview were responded to. Called this morning only to be told by this clueless woman (who thought I was calling for the firms location) that the position has been filled. Logged back in to the companys website and I see that the vacancy is still open! How does one get through such an incompetent HR process? Also, my calls are not being answered anymore.

Office is situated in a big mall kind of building. Same building has a More store. Around 100 metres away from the nearest bus stand. Has parking available. Only around 10 minutes by transport from Majestic, Bangalore.

Need to clear aptitude for experience Developer. I think aptitude is not required for experience candidates.

Company atmosphere, interview process and everything is good hear except for recruitment team specially Shruthi G Gaviyappa.i had given interview for manual testing profile and they had promised me to call next week for 2nd round. but i didnt get call for 3 weeks, later myself only contacted them by that time manual testing position was filled and i couldnt get placed because of lack of responsibility in Shruthi G Gaviyappas work.

Very Good company. But, we need to pass basic exams like freshers even experienced too.

People are proactive and helping , nice place to work with flexible and balanced work-life style.

It is located on third floor of mall. You can get the way to reach the aptean from left corner. There is lift facility is there.

I visited for Interview, But interview was Delayed for long duration But Team Managed till the End of day Beautifully as There Was Huge Crowd they Apologized for Delay !!

Very far from my home ...it will come 3 cities and 1 country in between to that and this aptean will come at south Delhi...... Outside of the city ... Bengaluru is very big...
