Had bad experience every single time. Especially with so called Manager and those working with him in the entrance. They judge you based on appearance, disrespect you.Not helpful in any which ways when there is an issue. I have witnessed couple of staffs cursing behind their customers. Overall unprofessional behaviour. However, there are only few very helpful staffs inside. Since it is near by had to visit this location.

One of my worst Grocery shopping ever. The staff were not helpful. The price details quoted are very skillfully placed so that they can fool the customer. You dont get to know the price of the product untill you finally bill the prodcuts. I asked why there are no discounts on this product, the staff replied, sir please buy at what rate we are offering as the stocks are reduced. There I no cutomer feedback form in this big shop. Overall not happy with the service. Also if you get free products for pushasing above some limit, they say this offer is no more available sir. Please dont cheat people.

Yes its there in Binnypet. Here one can buy a materials in wholesale prices. Very helpful for family shopping but one has to have metro card to shop here.

Please be careful neither the staff or customers are wearing the face masks fully. If someone is wearing it, it is the on their chin!! Wonder what purpose it serves??!!Staff are not insisting that customer who ce in should wear the mask!! Just putting a board does not help. Metro staff needs be more stringent.

I would suggest to cross check for the items on Amazon before blindly buying from Metro. Not everything is cheap and I have seen that the prices on online portals like amazon are far better when compared to Metro. I bought bulk of my baby products from here and when I compared to prices on online portal I was quite disappointed.

Nevertheless, its not very difficult to get a membership as long as you, your friend or a relative owns and runs a business. You can just ask them to get you a membership and they will. This place is recommended because you tend to get consumer electronics, fashion, food and groceries all under one roof and that too at unbelievable prices. If you have a habit of buying groceries one time for an entire month (which you probably should have) this place must be on top of your list.

Name it and you get it. Please remember this shop is a B2B model. For buying from here u need to first register with them after showing your business registration with the govt. Then only you can buy goods from here and even after this you have to buy goods of atleast 1000 rupees. Else no billing will be done.Once sorted with registering with them. U can actualy buy at cheap rates than the market :)
