Shop is good. Freshly upcoming premium brand in slippers and foot wear. Very very expensive but high quality feel and durability. Yet to try for sometime to jump to conclusion

The quality of this store crocs items are not good or original. We bought 2.8k crocs for kid but it got broke with in 5 months. I went back and enquired he did not even showed his face to help… after I insisted he said for 3 to 6 months he can do service by applying a glue I am surprised how it can help for a broken shoe. He also said it will be no use.

Really terrible service! Bought a pair of slippers for 3000, it broke in 6 months... came to the store for repairs and after that the nightmare started ! They are constantly lying about the service and delivery... we have made atleast 5 trips to their store and every time they tell us to wait .. ridiculous situation
