Worst branch.Unprofessional language.Worst material handling ever.I have proofs of their material handling.Please avoid V-Express, if you care for your material.

Shipment details is showing as dispatched on 05th April. But, till date i havent received my courier. I called to their office. But, not even single soul is bother to receive the call. Such a useless service.

This is worrest service i have seen in courier services.... they didnt called me even for delivery... but in online they showed already delivered its very complicated for me its medicine for covid19 patientsdnt encourage v express courierworrested peoples are working in customer care also...plz dnt use v-express courier

I never came across a delivery service which is as bad as this one. They neither deliver the package, nor they pick up the call, even if they pick up someone will provide someone elses number. The customer care people as equally irritating and rude. Legal actions should be taken against these people. I have decided to go to consumer forum against this callous delivery agency. Strictly recommend not to rely on them.

They don’t care about anything. They are not open 24 7 like they say. Feels like they are doing some scam

Worst service. They have four to five nodal points within Banglore and they give falsely assurity to customers of delivery date. Delayed by 5 days. I have important work and they have rude customer service. Your pretty much stuck after they have your stuff. The wesite shows location arrived is 13KM away but the person on the phone says its 40KM away I cannot do this delivery please talk to the head office.
