Small office with only two floors and a small cramped up cafeteria, being very small with 150-200 employees people dont know each other or talk, no proper food court or facilities like gym or sports area. Company wise ok in terms of pay but no stability and no vision of higher management and CXO level people and is proved by multiple reorganization and lay off people who were hired a year or couple of months back. Also location wise is bit far and isolated and not a comfortable and recommended place for work.

I had a worst interview experience. They did a big setup for Interview at WeWork for Data Scientist on Sep 18th and Sep 19th.They invited almost all the Data Scientist in Bangalore who are looking for a job change. The panel is not ready to listen to what the candidate says I heard this feedback from multiple candidates who came for interview. At-least the panel is not allowing to introduce about our selfs. Max to Max they are spending not more than 5 minutes with the candidate. I noticed for 1 hour they interviewed almost 10 candidates. Not sure why they are playing the candidates time. Pls respect the time of the candidates, they might have planned for the interview by taking a day off and traveling all way long. Based on the requirement shortlist that candidates before calling for the interviews. Notice one thing that candidates who come for interview are also working employees
