I am really disappointed with the product I got from dazzle. I got a hotberries bag and the owner gave such a hype about the brand and that It will last long but it hasnt been even a year now the bag has started ripping off. I used it very gently, Imagine if I had used it for a daily purpose. After purchasing from there I had recommended this shop to so many of my friends and family but now I feel very unhappy. I hope the owner gets to read this review and render some service with regards to my problem. I will post an updated review in case that happens.

The shopkeeper was very rude and arrogant and it was a surprise to me while branded bags like caprese, lavie etc are available at half the price.., they were selling bags at huge amount and that too brands which I have never heard off. The man shouted at me for doubting the bag brands.Such an impolite behavior..these ppl should be taught to respect customer

I had purchased a bag on may 7th 2018 for my birthday which was on 11th May I took it to goa. It was such a damaged product I just took it out and the very next half hour the straps came off, the bag tore, bag quality was so bad, if I was in bangalore I would have come the next day and given it since I reached last week I went to the shop today 24th May 2018... but the shop owner was very rude he was not ready to listen to what I was telling he shouted at me and said that they give products for discount and we should not complain about it and he snatched the cover from me and he told he will repair it and give but the way the shop owner behaved made me not to buy any products from that shop, coz I used to buy many bags from dazzle shop I was not a new customer. Really a very bad experience, I am sharing this coz if anyone is wanting to buy products from this shop be careful coz all the bags are on discounts as the shop owner said once bought we should not complain about it after the purchase even if there is no mistake from our end....Very bad experience truly will never purchase again
