Id super by to get my mud guards fixed for my crysta but this was purely a sales site, however three folks came by to advise and see if it can be fixed, this customer service approach of toyota makes us loyalists. I was in the area and stopped by, as hoc visit but good experience.

PATHETIC experience. Showroom not ready to give test drive beyond 1 km and simply denied to the request of test drive beyond 1km. What will a customer understand about a car in 1 km test drive. HIGHLY DISGUSTING ATTITUDE OF DEALER STAFF..

Polite reception and detailed and patient explanation of all the features. They have structured interaction customers and detailed explanation. Any duration of test driving is available. Liva , etios and innova are always available. However, the fortuner has to be booked one day before for test drive. I felt the employees have a genuine interest in addressing customer concerns

Nice Ambiance, courteous people, if any one from Bangalore wants to buy a toyota car it has to be from Ravindu Toyota.

Just got my new Glanza delivered. Great service and clarity from booking to delivery. The sales transaction was managed by Anil and surely knows the best what customer looks from a new car. Clear commitments given before the sale and the same was delivered impeccably. Finance team did a perfect job with no unwanted calls etc which made me rate the overall experience as 5 star. Great show at Ravindu and you surely stand by the Toyota expectations.

Went there to check out Glanza/Liva (as the Toyota website mentioned they had stock). The sales representative was absolutely unenthusiastic and uninterested. Shed kept on saying that we dont have stock (in a tone: we never will have stock).Although not that high on my radar, on asking about Yaris (which I personally like), her response was the same we dont (and never will) have any stock (and an expression saying why dont you go away and stop wasting my time)This is when I drove 1 hr in heavy congestion after having already talked to the showroom. I simply cant figure out what we did wrong by visiting the place? The whole time she was on her toes trying to get away.
