3/Sep/2021I had a rodent attack, for fixing it I booked the service with Pitstop. (Previously another door step service people messed it up royally the previous day).Gopi Kishan and Team came for the service and I must say, they are very professional and knows what they are doing.They fixed the wires very professionally and accurately. Cleaned the car ( Interior, Exterior, AC Vents, Air filters etc..etc..) Took them 2 hours but they did a fabulous job.I booked their service for Rs.1205 and after coupon applying I got all services for Rs.600.Fully satisfied with their service.

The service was very nice. Even the price is comparatively less. Mr. Madhu was coordinating from picking up the car till returning it back. Totally the experience was very good.

First I heard from about Pitstop about the prices and services of car from a colleague and he told Pitstop will put 1000 rs in wallet on registration. My friend referred me hence he and me both got additionally 100 rs, so total of Rs.1100 in wallet.My car rubbed in a piller while parking and right rear door got dent and scratches (posted pic).1. I booked for right rear door repair. Driver cum mechanic Mr habeeb reached on time to pick the car.2. Habeeb informed me that it has dent also, if I want to remove dent it would cost extra but charges are very less.3. When car reached the pitstop shop they confirmed with pictures on app.4. Advisor Mr richard called me informed me evrything and took me consent for additional charges which were around 800 incl everything.5. I got all the update in work on car with photos on app, which was exciting and satisfying6. Work completed as per schedule but it was raining, habeeb and Richard called me and asked is it ok of they deliver tomorrow otherwise today also they can give.7. But as in dark and rain o wouldnt have inspected my vehicle properly so I agreed for tomorrow.8. I got inspection report which has various parameters measured about car like tyre pressure oil level oil quality coolant level and many other.9. I was occupied somewhere so I requested Mr Habeeb to deliver the car in my office and he agreed for the same.Work was satisfying and very economical. It costed me R. 1217 for denting and painting of right rear door ( subtracting Rs. 1100 of wallet and 20% coupon discount). And best part is they have cleaned the car free of cost.The service provided for pick up and drop was excellent , hence 5 stars.Pictures of before and after are attached.

Was pleasantly surprised with the service. Did a full car service with wheel balancing with them. Booked in the night for the next day. The team was promptly on time, took the car to their garage and kept me informed throughout about what was going on. A few additional things which they discovered were informed to me, explained well along with pictures and consent was taken before replacing them - like brake pads, AC filters etc. And the car was returned the same day. Am super happy with the Pitstop team!

My experience with Pitstop was great! Since the roof and bonnet of my car had become dull due to parking it outside, I chose to get the same re-painted. From the time of booking till delivery of my vehicle Mr. Praveen kept in touch with me and throughout the time that my vehicle was at the service station, he provided daily updates. The work done is top-notch and can hardly tell the difference between the original paint on the other parts and the re-paint. Would definitely recommend Pitstop to everyone for professional handling of the service.

I had a very pleasant experience with Pitstop Pune. The team arrived on time wearing company dresses. Explained me everything what they are doing. Showed me the seal of every bottle they opened including the engine oil, brake oil and coolant. They also did a diagnostic of the car to check engine performance, battery performance etc. I would definitely recommend Pitstop to anyone who doesnt want to get looted from car company authorized service centers. Things to note: Hyundai recommend engine oil is 5W30 but they provided 10W40 which every mechanic told me is actually more suited for Indian weather conditions.

Firstly, my car was picked way after the scheduled time.I gave instructions to multiple people but no one heard or bothered, else there wouldnt have been multiple rounds of the same things.There is no way for the customer to reach the service engineer directly, either a mail has to be dropped or the customer has to request thru chat for a callback.There is no option to approve/reject the quote; even after discussion, the quote reflects the same.No one bothered to inform about the status & when the car is expected back.Day 2, someone calls to pick up my car. That really scared me as I wasnt sure if the previous day I had handed over my car to the right folks.Post-service, I had taken the interior detailing package. Even the vacuum hasnt been done properly. I got a French fries piece that my kids had dropped a few days earlier.

Great service provided by Pitstop for bumper repair of my Verna car. They did a neat job and delivered the car ahead of commited timeline within 2 days. Richard from Pitstop provided great support and communication all through explaining the requirements. Must try this service center.

They did a really great job. From the time I contacted them with the details of work needed everything was done professionally. Photo of my car was shared in whatsapp and They gave me quote. Once agreed they gave me a date and time to expect my car back. They did call back and shared photo in the app to update with the work.Car was delivered before the promised time and the work is neat and the mechanic did not even expect extra money.

Dont put you car in Pitshop hands. They will do body wash. For simple issue(without any spare parts replacement), they charged me around 1500 Rs. Its not worthy. They will take our car to local car garage shop which is nearby our home. They are not experts. Do not trap on free wallet amount 1000 Rs(very limited validity). We can pay only 20% of service cost from wallet. Not recommended Pitshop app.

Hassle free service experience. Theyre quite honest and transparent about all the work they do to your car. Prices are what youll find at your local FE. For me personally my RM Rohit has always been really helpful.

It was good, they have shared the pic of each process what they have done, removing and pouring engine oil is also shared in a video which is good. Just that interior cleaning wasnt properly cleaned, hoping they consider this and take care my feedback next time.

Pitstop is one platform for getting full car services done, It free pickup and drop which is very useful during covid times.Internal detailing is very good and body work is nice.

I got my i10 serviced, from the booking to delivering Pitstop team was in touch. Service advisor was friendly and provided quote and approval before proceeding. Overall it was a good transparent experience and I didn’t feel like I am paying for something that I didn’t understand.

The customer service is excellent, it was great to get periodic and useful updates from Gouse. Honest advices and not pitching for unnecessary repairs/upgrades. I never felt that the car was taken away for service :-)

I came across this garage via pitstop application.I had a very smooth and transparent experience having done repair work of my vehicle here. Since my vehicle was unused for 7 months, there were a lot of problems in the vehicle. Also its a 8 years old car.Richard and his team did a great job in explaining me the major problems. I had issues in my clutch which became hard after the engine gets heated up. And the AC was not working.The diagnosis was up to the mark. The team was not in a hurry to do just the business. They took their time in diagnosing the exact issue and resolved the problems promptly. No unnecessary changing of parts which kept the overall cost in check. I availed services from Pit stop, they were professional. I was told about the entire procedures. Being ACKO customer it was a paper less procedure. They provided regular updates on the car and the parts. Over all I loved the customer interface and service they provided.

I took service for my CIAZ from Car Spa Tatanagar. It was good service. On time and prompt followup. Only change which I would like to see is that they should show which brand of engine oil they are putting in our vehicle as I saw they are using used Shell box having new engine oil which was taken from some barrel which was not satisfying. Overall its good.

Never received such a wonderful car service, The best thing I liked is there customer service, Vishnu was the one took initiative from the start to bottom of my case , he was so polite and did all the needful for me , This is what make me suggest pitstop to my friends as well . GREAT SERVICE.

In one word, Pathetic service, No responsibility of damage they Do.1) Damages to car, Destroyed cars central locking system: Before giving for service my car central locking was working perfectly. After service they damaged it and now card doors are not locking by central locking, we need to lock them individually and open individually.After car came back from service I noticed this problem. This problem was told to their service and post service people and also to their third party vendors, but no one is taking responsibility. Before delivery they collect the money and so you dont have any option left, but to just accept the car in whatever state they return.2) More time, less work, More damage: They took car on Saturday afternoon and returned on Monday evening. When we told the new issues they created, they took it back and returned on Tuesday evening without fixing central locking issues.3) Your car, your responsibility: They take the car, give it to third party for repair, damage the internal systems and then return the car. I learnt a lesson that when we have bought a costly car, its better to give it to your brand service centre. Even if your service centres are costly, they will always take responsibility. When we give car to third party like pit stop and then pit stop gives to another local service centres, nobody takes responsibility in the chain.4) There is one saying, the person who buys costly thing, cries once, but one who buys cheap, cries again and again. pistop may offer some discounts, but if they damage internal systems of your costly car by giving car to their third party vendors and dont take responsibility of the damage what will you do?

I have done my BMW X1 touch up….I never thought like it’s will look again same like as usual like nothing happened with my car before…best part of service the concealer off this service center they understand the conditions and customer needs….that’s quite impressive….I love to do service in this shop again

The worst experience I have ever had The cars music system was working perfectly Before I gave the car for service but after I got the car back it was not cleaned at all and the music system completely stopped working. The person in charge took zero responsibility of getting it fixed and they are not giving refund as wel. Do not go for this service. Get your car serviced somewhere else.

THUGs, prices during booking are much lower than what they actually charge. order # 408958. They argue that the MRP of part is higher than what is shown in App. We all know that the spares are always highly marked and then why mention rates on App.NOT TRUSTABLE company. But their mechanic Sento was very good and had to pay the money from his pocket as didnt inform during the start of the service that I will charged on MRP for the spares. This is RIDICULOUS and looting their own employees or customers.

I availed Pitstops services for electrical issue fixing of my XUV 500. My vehicle electrical wires were all cut by Rats. Their service engineer Renith and his team spend good amount of quality time in finding all wires that were under Rat Bite. Thanks to Renith that he personally showed interest by standing and fixing the issues by the engineer.Earlier I availed Pitstops service a year back for replacement of clutch plate. Very poor service and an even poor customer service. They did not let my interiors dry and fungus started appearing on the seat and on other interior parts.I asked to them to check every tyre, they said everything is fine and just filled air. The day I take my car out, tyres punctured.I wrote about this in mail, called the customer care and complained , but no action till date.They just dont care.No on even apologised.I had to dget my interiors cleaned again

Spent Rs.20,000 within 2weeks for Chevrolet Beat servicing with Pitstop, Mumbai. Despite that engine light, ABS lights were on when my car was returned (which was not the case before giving it for servicing) and car started giving problems almost within 1 month of servicing.We also found that most of the parts of the car were replaced by faulty old ones. Brand new wipers were replaced with shoddy old wipers. Fuse box was damaged because of which car started giving problems with startup. Have been calling Pitstop personnel and they don’t respond to the call. Very bad service, don’t go to them if you don’t want to waste your car and money.

Very professional approach from pick up to delivery. Rohit Nair the executive assigned to my car planned the repairs very well in advance, was in touch every day where required more than once. Pictures of progress, spare parts used were sent every day. Made every effort to deliver at the earliest. All commitments were fulfilled. Very satisfying. Highly recommended always especially during the pandemic.

My 1st app experience for car service. Pleasantly surprised with the customer support and the overall service. Gave the car for basic servicing post which the car stalled in the middle of the road. Had to reach out to Honda servicing who later discovered the fault.Fault? Pitstop guys connected the battery incorrectly.Not to forget, that theres absolutely no customer support or accountability. No response on emails or calls either.Disappointing service and worse customer service. Not recommended.
