The company provides good working envernment and best incentives to their employees to produce high quality of service. My brother was worked in this company only for 3 month..After his death the company provided all monitory benifits within short time..

The company is for start your carrier but somewhere salry is very effective i mean in 9614rs in which if u take canteen they also cut 520 from your salary means you got 9094rs at all in a month. But experience and learning is good. It is littel bit politycal under departments between enginners managers and JE all seniours they always think for them then for company at last for you who joines new.. everything is good but sometimes it feels like a prison when security guards close doors if you are 1 min. late they came and scolde simply if you are standing outside littel bit late. Canteen food is wrost always idli sambhr rice only like a midd day meal in a govt. School i am not telling compny is wrong but i am telling truth because i am also a empl. Of this company but in other hand you got some good experiance about manging yourself under 10000 and also some good knowladge.. if you want to see all this in real life come and join ...1 suggestion for company...If you want to do realy some change i give you an ideasalry minimum 15000. And you see everthing is changed..Because its gonna 2020 but still you are in 2010Dear mangment think about thisIts like peoples going on moon you are still on bicycle

Worst HR ever stupid people dont know how to give respect

Very worst management. Dont join to this company keep it in last options because any how they will take you if dont know any then also and one more thing if once you will enter into this company means very difficult to come out from this company even before 2 year or after 2 year if you are getting any other job and you want to join there means centum cant relieve before 90 days this is the main bad thing in the centum. Even me also lost one of the very nice opportunity because of this 90 days notice period. One more thing I want to mention here if you are going to join in centum as technician means they dont treat you as an employee they treat you as labour if you dont believe me means you can confirm with any of the centum employee who is presently working in the Centum. Now I want to mention here about HR rules and policy all the HR rules and policy are only and only applicable for technicians not for Engineers,Managers and top level management employees. And finally I want to share one of the most important and common experience if you are the technician and you are going to meet to HR for any of your work (means you have to take anything from the HR or any other work) they dont do that in first time they will call you minimum 3-4 times this is one of truth of the Centum I can give you examples also recently so many peoples had got relieving from the Centum but they didnt got their relieving and experience certificate on the same day they called 2-3 times then the gave those certificates even me also waiting for my last month settlement cheque( means last month salary) my frind also got this cheque in 3rd time . So I hope now you have understand about Centum Electronics if you need more information you can contact any of the centum employee who is working as technician. Its my experience.... But one thing I want to mention this is good company for beginners you can learn much more things in this company but management is very worst and salary is too low so my opinion is keep this company in last option.
