You can expect some wait time post Covid situation due to reduced active counters.Sometimes their scan codes dont work. You will need to give significant time waiting for your billing. Today they told me not to buy two items because they were not getting scanned.Products - I find the goods post Covid is old so sometimes you feel the faded colors of apparels. But thats with most of the places.Parking - Good bike parking. Complex car parking due to 45° Steep exit followed by jump on the service road.Prices - Good price and offers at Big Bazaar.

Supportive staffs. Mens collections are okay but not upto mark n really unhappy to see their billing process bcoz it is very very slow process even though very less crowd. Two wheeler parking slot is available.

Nice place to spend weekends with family and friends. You can get amazing discounts on all kinds of things. They have 4 floors for shopping first 2 are for ladies and gents and other 2 are for all kind of stuff related to home and food. Staffs are also good.

This is a gen next store and has hometown, titan eye plus, wow momos in there. Quite a chilled out place, sparsely crowded and overall shopping experience is quite nice. Parking is available.

Not a great experience. Staffs act too busy busy and dont serve you politely. If you ask for help, they still keep screaming to their other colleagues staffs and ignore our requests. Many of their offers and schemes seems to be a big scam.. for example, they said if I shop for 3k, they will give VIP travel trolley worth 7k at additional 3k.. but I just checked the same capacity same brand trolley for 2.7k on amazon and flipkart.. so it seems like a 100% scam plan to trick buyers.

Verry verry bad experience.. cheating people.wrong price value.in the bar code final price was 119.24 in the billing section while scanning in the bar code it showed 133 rs this is totale chiating. Asked for the same store person total price has changed and updated in the system .but in the store the board placed was 119 only per kg of urd dal. Cheaters

Prices not satisfied cheapest things also high prices n so much of confusion creating. mentioning multi price tags in billing counter it reveals exact price if you are not checked before billing you are fool of the day after that if u want to return u need to wait in another section for minimum 30 mins to a hour if u r a like ul get refund otherwise they give u coupon or something future pay like that with expiry date now u need to buy any before expiry

Gigantic place, great for getting most of your needs however the groceries are on the third floor and theres only one lift. Remarkably inconvenient design, the reason for which most people would enter the store has been so unnecessarily planned, it is was kinda irritating at first. But I imagine it was done this way so as to not only be treated as a supermarket and lure shoppers into their home and clothing lines of products as well. Either way, terribly inconvenient, might just go to a supermarket next time instead. Or a D Mart.

Very discriminatory and ignorant staff. Especially the department/assistant manager Praveen B.N. Didnt let me in because I was wearing a Muslim face covering which covers until neck and said i cant go in because its not a mask. Asked him what is the function of mask and the face covering iam wearing, he got defensive and started screaming and said iam politely asking you to wear mask. Didnt know shouting was considered polite.. Called out on his discrimination and when told this will be addressed, he got more aggressive and asked to do whatever I want. Good to know @bigbazaar lets their staff get away with such discriminatory behavior..

The choice of shopping and pricing is very attractive. This is for independence day sale. Hope the same pricing remains beyond the offer period. I felt two issues they need to take care. First is the display of price and discounts given. Few display were there. But for most you have to ask. And the second is billing counter management. That was totally in a mess. No one to manage. Took lot of time in the q only.

I had to wait for 1 hour after billing bcoz of their vouchers. Staff there were making me go back and forth regarding the same

Always crowded good coustomer service

I have done online shopping from Big Bazar Hebbal. I have ordered some groceries, veggies and fruits but its been 2 days still I havent received my order, neither there is any tracking link nor they are receiving my call. Got frustrated by this Big Bazaar app.

Its a good place to buy your daily needs. Lots of discounts and stuff but my god the cashiers will take a long time to get through with your items. This is because they keep telling about offers n stuff and if I received 10 bucks for every time they mentioned an offer Id have around 300 bucks cuz of the number of offers the cashiers tell you about

Big bazaar is known for its Wednesday bazaars and other shopping festivals where there are brilliant discounts on many great items for the home. I recently went here during the Jan shopping festival and managed to save more than 1000 INR on my purchases.Layout: (4/5)The layout here is 4 floors of different categories. There is a floor for apparel’s and another floor for shoes and bags and the 3rd floor is the FMCG and foods section. I mainly went for the FMCG section and hence didn’t explore the other sections as much. A little annoying that the fmcg is on the top floor and having only 2 lifts makes the wait to get to the top floor a little more difficult.Shopping Experience: (4/5)The number of offer here were incredible. Perhaps it’s has to do with the shopping festival they are promoting. The only issue I had was that the space between the aisles was really low and hence I had to keep parking my cart on the main corridor area while quickly popping into each category. I was not able to find a few things in store, but overall it met all my shopping needs. I got Surf Excel Matic 6kg at an insane rate of around 700 and ended up picking up a lot of other things like Pears soap, Lifebouy soaps. Also ended up getting a 1 kg pack of Red Label tea at a really low rate.Summary : (4/5)Great shopping place for offers. Managed to save a lot and at the same time picked up all my household needs. One of the biggest supermarket chains around. The place is of 3 floors with essentially clothes, household, and gocery on each floor. Parking is not available on weekends for cars and for 2 wheelers there is some space for parking. Staff are assistive. Offers are not that great on grocery as mostly it is margin. Can spend more than hour and explore the items available. Time would fly and we would still feel like shopping more here.

I bought cooker today in offer but big bazaar hebbal delivered damaged handle broken product theres no contact number to refer also.Dont buy online fr Big bazaar fraudulent product they sell. When I contact the person who delivered he says call customer care number is not known tio.

Its has only items as required but currently at the time of lockdown only grocery shopping is allowed. Theres a decent place to eat as well.

Consistency in product stock is very disapointing. If you visit there travelling all the way, for buying something which you have bought earlier, you will never get. You land up in compromising your purchase ultimately. Second issue, by chance you are happy to see lesser crowd, you will still find delay at billing counter. Some Goverment department attitude at billing counter. Big bazar charm is no more like before. Moreover we have many other options too these days.

Our regular shopping place for monthly groceries. Will get great offers during sales period.

The place is very spacious. Good thing to mention is you have proper parking facilities. The racks seemed to be empty & there were only limited options. Maybe its due to the current covid situation. Will give a better review next time as this was my 1st time visit.

You now see variety and many choice to pick your preferred goods or items. Giving 4 star, since there is always room to out perform your own quality.

This Big Bazaar retail outlet is on the service lane and cars can be parked near the store, while there is a sign stating no parking. There is dedicated parking available but the steep slope is difficult to manage because it’s both way route and not well managed.The products are regular range and there are discounts as appropriate.The place needs desperate maintenance though. There are corners in 3rd floor that seems to have grown mould and lighting is poor.The toilets need an overhaul and not just maintenance. I pity the employees that work at this outlet as the toilets are horribly managed.Go there if you are just buying and getting out quickly. Long shopping trip with a toilet break is definitely not recommended.
