Jayanagar is an affluent residential and commercial neighbourhood in the city of Bangalore in Karnataka, India. It is one of the zones of BBMP. It is sub-divided into seven wards. A 2010 survey by DNA Bangalore ranked Jayanagar as the most liveable place in Bangalore and still maintains the old charm of the city.In Kannada, Jayanagar splits into Jaya and nagar literally meaning Victory City. It is not definitively known why that is. One school of thought is that Jaya comes from Mysores Maharaja Jayachamarajendra Wadiyar.This park is right beside the metro station and the entrance is parallel to the main road. Vehicles can be parked outside the park on the road. There are two entrances to this big park and both are accessible by people of all needs. There’s plenty of seating all around the park for the users. The park used natural lighting during the day and it was well lit using the park lamps after 6pm. Railings are provided on all pathways. Dustbins are provided and the special part is this park is a no plastic zone! They have a workout area and a space to do yoga that is shaded. The open gym has good facilities and the yoga space is towards the end giving it a calm atmosphere. This park also has a separate play area for the children that is well fenced.

Excellent play area. High slide with a steep portion to make for a fast and fun slide. My son completes one slide in just one minute right from climbing onto top by steps, sliding down and running back to the foot of the steps. He enjoys it so much!

Long length park, best way to have morning walk. Well maintained and clean park. Got a indoor mini gym as well, awesome place to stay fit for people near to RV road and Jayanagar metro station !!! I prefer for the people got enough tummy to reduce 😌 lets stay fit always and help others stay fit.
