I already visited here one time. This time i visited here again, because my friend was facing a problem from his NIKON Z6 . So we both went here. They found that ,a part should be changed in the NIKON Z6. I thought it woupd take some days. But they delivered it by repairing within 3-4 days. The staff is always good with customer. I had a very bad experience with them..i gave my drone camera for service. After 7 months and regular follow up, they returned my drone in a non-functioning condition. They do not even show the courtesy to attempt to the customer or give proper status. To return the drone, I was visiting the service center multiple times and they did not return it for 2 weeks. They were giving stupid excuses in terms of Covid and were really unprofessional and exploiting the situation.

These guys are extremely unprofessional, gave my rokinon 85mm 1.4 for basic calibration, the lens came back worse, the lens could not be focused at 1.4, gave it back, they took a month to get back to me, after calling them a hundred times, basically couldnt use the lens for more than a month and a half, and returned the lens in same bad condition, extremely unprofessional, very disappointed. will not recommend these guys

I had a problem with my Canon G3x camera, it was a water damage camera, it was completely dead. I tried Canon Service Center Brigade Road they told me they wont repair dead cameras and I searched in Google I found Mata Electronics number I called them they told me to drop in Mathikere, Later they charged me Rs 3400/- was delivered to my doorstep, my camera is working fine now. Horrible guys. This guy is posting fake reviews in many places to create a good image. I fell for it. Please dont fall for it.I gave a canon camera for servicing. They asked me to replace some power supply broad inside. When I decide not to replace it, they returned the camera in completely dead condition. Later I figured out they have taken out many boards from inside. Even LCD connector was cut. The camera is completely useless now. Never trust your camera with this guys.

I recently purchased Canon 700D_ AF not working, images were blur & my lens got struck inside not able to remove. I serviced my camera in Canon Authorised Service centre but they took my money but problem was not yet rectified, again they charged me this godamn thing went for 1week. Later I took it to Mata Electronics they repaired perfectly and charged me lesser price compare to canon. Now my camera is in good condition the problem didnt repeat again. Thanks to Mr. Vijay.

I was using my friends GoPro Hero 5 camera, suddenly the memory slot stopped working. I just checked it bimistake memory card was inserted in the wrong way. I searched for GoPro service centre but could not found at last one of my colleague referred me Mata Electronics. I went there gave my camera & requested them to give delivery in the evening. After 2hrs I got a call from them telling tat memory slot has to be changed(reading board) I told to repair. Evening I went to take delivery memory slot was working fine. I gave my canon camera for servicing and even after 5 days they couldnt figure out the issue and they were making me confused saying that some components should arrive from Malaysia and then only they can figure out the issue and tell me the cost estimate... so I asked them give to give my cam back.... I was forced to give 550rs as service charge to them..... i got so pissed after which I gave the it to canon service centre... and they repaired the camera.

Ive posted the same review for the SP road outlet as well, which they call as Main center and the Mathikere one as a pick up point!. Just to caution people from this cheat. All the positive reviews posted here are fake and done by them, its obvious see the language.Mata cameras!!!.. It should be marta (chori) cameras..Fraudsters from the word go. I googled to get my canon camera serviced and dont know how this place pops up even before the Canon website. I called and spoke to one guy who guided me to the location in SP road Bangalore. Shoddy place and people, small, smelly and ugly looking place with pan all over the corner. Once inn, youre asked to remove your footware and go into another chamber where Mr Vijay, the owner I felt, is sitting. He takes the camera and pretends to check it. He told me standard charges are 550 and also told me that looks like there is a lens issue and which would cost me around 3500-5000 which he would proceed after thoroughly checking and taking my consent. Mr. Vijay speaks very well, please dont fall for his language. I gave my sony camera as well and left the place. I had my doubts after seeing the place and my driver Umesh kept warning me. A few hours later I called a friend of mine and checked with him. He advised me to take back my cameras immediately and told me that this guy was an old time cheater. Immediately i called them and told them not to service my cameras but they told me that I had to speak to Mr. Vijay and refused to give his number. He finally called me after half hour and told me that he had done some software thing with my sony camera so I had to pay. On the phone he told me that someones given you wrong information about us. I woukd have given you excellent service. I just told him to return my cameras. Next I went straight to Canon authorized service center near trinity circle. The lady there checked my camera/ battery and told me nothing was wrong and I had change my charger. At the canon service center whem i told them about this Marta cameras, they said that many clients come back after they have been cheated by him. From there, on my way i went to a sony service center and got the same answer, but here charger was also fine. All in all this guy is a big big cheat. He would have given me a big fat bill if I hadnt taken my cameras back. But yet i lost some money. All the 5 star reviews are bogus and are surely written by them. Please dont go here.

I gave Canon 24-105 f4 L IS USM Lens for Error 01 issue. I got it back by fixing it, with the explanation saying that he changed the entire autofocus unit so it costed 14k (I have the bill for it) for service. Now I found that the focusing is itself not proper and getting worst blurred images. When he took it for repeat work, I am getting false statuses that its being worked on. But I didnt get the issues fixed even after 2 weeks of waiting. When I asked on 7th Jan 2016, he replied that hes waiting for spare parts. When I inquired today, hes asking me to get the lens back without fixing the issue. This is not the professional way of behaviour. Guys please be cautious when youre handing over high cost lenses.

Best service center for cameras.our city has one of the finest service centers for cameras...i was lucky to come across mata electronics..a friend of mine had got her camera serviced earlier from mata electroncs and reffered the same..a few days bk my dslr fell down and immedeitly cracked..i am an advanced journalist and hence require my camera evry day...and quality of pictures is very important in our profession so we can give our readers the best quality pictures..so here i was in a fix about my camera,thats when mata electronics came to the rescue..i went to the service center and i told them my crietria...i was immediatly put on the priority list..and within the next 24 hours i got my camera back and in perfect condition..thanks to the timly help of mata electronics...

Never ever go to this shop. They will tell you the part has been replaced and charge you high but actually an alignment will make your device working. Thats why they are not returning the defective part if you ask.The worst thing is that they will steal the original working part with some old parts. Beware.
