Wanted to share my experience after visiting a friend at Vaishno Solitaire at Ramamurthynagar. Very impressive and I am sure its a construction benchmark and housing experience yardstick in Bangalore.Quite accessible with necessities like Hospitals and week end hang outs. Well out of budget for me.

I am quite a property explorer in Ramamurthy nagar area for my personal interest from last 10 months.As per me, Vaishno Solitaire Project has few good things about them- Prime Location- Ready to Move In-Best place to live! Very spacious apartment. Rooms are also very good and comes with good space.

I recently toured the project of Vaishno Soliatire at Ramamurthynagar, and I could not believe how nice their team were. At an amazing price range, they were offering facilities like , jogging tracks, swimming pools, Party Hall, and so on. It’s definitely a wise investment option .All of this was being offered at a jaw-dropping price, which meant I could not say no to them.

Dear Friends, I would like to share my experience about Vaishno Builders. They are doing really a nice job. I have personally purchased a flat of 2BHK at Rs. 60L including of all things such as tax, purchasing cost, etc. and I am really satisfied with their service.Builders are so helpfull it is a best choice for anyone.

Brilliant project with same quality of premium projects yet it is affordable to my pocket., ., I am happy with my decision to purchase in Vaishno Solitaire Ramurthy nagar.

Visited Vaishno Solitaire to automate one of the Villas. Already automated one of the flats.Solitaire construction is almost completed and several families occupied. Construction seems good.Big opening to the main road. Parking space on the way to the apartment entrance within the campus; not for public parking but for land owners with Villas on either side of the stretch leading to the apartment entrance and may be for the likely owners of the apartment.

This Builder is a cheat who has made many promises but not fulfilled any of the same. He has promised cauvery water connection in Vaishno solitaire, Got money from all the owners and he has swallowed all the hard earned money. He has got into an agreement with villa owners to mention their grand parent name but not disclosed any details to original flat owners during purchase. His building quality is so bad that we are facing issue in our apartment which is newly constructed in 2020. KIndly never opt for the purchase from this builder as there are many projects running in Ananthpura which is a great violation and lot of false promised. Plz reach out to vaishno solitaire owners in ramamurthy nagar who will explain all bad experience with this builder.

Its really a good residential area to live with family and well secured place with good atmosphere.

Too Costly for lesser amenities. And the total land area seems to be shared by land owners villas and a commercial space coming up at the frontal space facing main road.

I am Owning a Flat at Vaishno Signature by same builder ..It was a very good decision ...The most difficult part in decision making about buying a flat was trusting the builder ....I am happy that the builder has delivered more than promised and made it a very pleasant stay for us 200+ owners now . You can go with this builder for quality and prompt delivery with all papers right.

Prime location. It is on Ramamurthy nagar main road. Construction is going on. Feel like prices are bit high but as I said it is in prime location. D Mart 300 mts. Overall nice project.

Buy only if you want to take a big risk. You money will be wasted. The builder does not keep his promises. So be aware. Dont waste your hard earned money.

I bought a flat in a vaishno signature...before buying this flat,I have visited to so many project...but trust me no body was providing that much open space and quality construction.builder planning is really good and they are very approachable and made really a beautiful apartment in hoodi called vaishno signature.

Dont trust on these guys at all. They will show you something on the broucher, and construct something else on the ground. Specially the common area including amenities will be modified as per builder and his dear ones convenience. Until all construct is finished, dont buy at all. Their marketing guys will act as if they are the best. But you can come and see their project Vaishno Signature in Hoodi and understand how they are building the common area as per their will and not as per the plan.

Vaishno builders project Vaishno Signature is good too and a place worth living in.

Positioned in the center of the city with good amenities and is best suited for a calm living.
