Dear All Readers,My Relative has purchased Flat in one of SPD project name Purvi Mithila.The construction quality of Building is very very poor. The wall strengths are so poor that it wont with-stand with normal load for the Nails. Their is no proper visitor Parking many visitor parking are sold to residence. The building joint/has water seepage in just 3 years. My relative fall in trap of attractive pricing and has purchased the flat in Purvi Mithilla. Also Gym many amenities such as Gym , Party hall and Half done club house is above terrace causing nuance to below residing owners. Many places inside building painting only one quote completed.
