Bought a flat in 2017 with this builderPros-1. Excellent quality of doors, windows, washroom fittings etc.2. Campus is good and lot of open space and greenery.3. After we moved in, builder staff was there to assist and fix any issues for almost a year which is good to see.Cons-1. One of the boundary wall is yet to be closed.2. Cauvery water connection was promised and yet to be provided.3. badminton court net came out in just 2-3 months, tennis court iron rod support has got a bend in just 3 years, basket ball court is not evenly surfaced.

Its good, but the location and connectivity is worse

I have purchased flat in Shilpitha Royal and builder is really bad. No responsibility. They just sell the flat then all flat owner are suffering.They cut electricity.Lift never works.Playing with maintenance money.Waste security at gate.No garbage collection.Better not go with this builder.

Never buy flat fromThis builder, all are cheaters I have purchased 7 months back and they have not done even the painting in my house, I am doing all my work with myself which cost approx more than 1 lakh. One of the biggest fraud builder

Dont ever think to buy flat from this builder ..They will make you cry for small things and will always delay your work and after buying flat they will not listen you at all. There is no proper planning ,construction quality is too bad and If there will be rain water will go inside house. Think 100 times before buying flat from this builder.

Pathetic service from the builder for project completion. They will show hifi plans and dreams and once sold, forget about the pending Items. They are just dragging completion for Shilpitha Sunflower project and no where near to completion or smooth handover. Its over 2 years now since first set of families moved in.

Exquisite Apartment for an urbane living.When I was in search for buying a home in apartments, I got to know about Shilpitha Royal from one of my colleague as he owns a 3 BHK flat there. So I decided to have a look at the apartment. I expected the team of Maithri Developers will have similar kind of rude behavior just other builders have, but surprisingly they behaved politely. The apartment is well-designed to meet the demands of a luxurious lifestyle. And all the facilities and amenities provided are excellent. I never experienced any bad behavior from Maithri Developers, and I appreciate their quality of work which had made them to create Exquisite Apartment for an urbane living.

Best Location and Good WorkShilpitha Royal is an exquisite apartment which makes the best investment choice. Recently I bought 3 BHK flat in this gated community. I must say the quality of the project is outstanding and each flat gives a feel of owning a private home. This Maithri Developers residential project has made my dream of owning a luxury home come true.

As usual like other builders. He promises for lot of amenities etc but at the end will provide only few.

Poor response from builder to the project... Please complete at least the basic stuffs before moving to another project.... Its un-professional way of handling your customers

We bought a flat in one of Maitri projects Shilpitha sunflower nellurahalli. Quite a good property and worth the money.

Best place to invest.I have checked so many residential projects, but nothing impressed me like Shilpitha Splendour did. It is more than one year, I bought 2 BHK flat, feeling very much happy to be part of Maithri Developers project. The apartment is located at Mahadevapura, I must say it has everything to give comfortable and modern lifestyle.

Had very smooth transition with the sales team from bank loan aproval to possession, I would like to specially thank Mr. Venkat from sales team and Mrs Deepthi for everything.

All supervisor and contractors are worst. They always commit false date for completion of work.

Have bought a flat in Shilpitha Sunflower, its a hell ride since then, none of the basic facilities, like power backup, water softener which were promised are provided and if you ask, you get nothing but arrogance and apathy .. I made a mistake, I hope my message can save others from jumping in hell .....

Worst support staff, always lie, dont disclose full information.

Builders response is pathetic when it comes for anything post payment for flat.
