Pathetic quality of work done by builder in their projects!!!!! Management team doesnt bother responding and ground level team which claims to have experience has absolutely no common sense. Tiles have buckled up in more than 30% of apartments, leakage everywhere. After sales service is pathetic. Do not ever go for GR projects.

This is in continuation of the review and update to those who are interested in investing with SGR buildtech!You might know from my previous review that I own an apartment in GR heights!The issues mentioned by me continue to make lives miserable! When you invest the amount of money invested with GR you expect your daily life to improve whereas it definitely hasn’t!The electricity for instance is an issue! In the entire area, it seems like only GRH has a different line and there is constant power fluctuations, and some one in the apartment lost a fridge due to it! And it remains the same, power doesn’t come on immediately after it goes off even though there back up. Someone has to manually turn it on! Everything is dependent of power, like water, lift, etc.When you complain to the Chairman, he says write a complaint and the Maintainance team will resolve it! Imagine you are in the shower and power goes off, “where are we supposed to write Mr. Chairman?”Anyway, most of the items seems to be off either sub-standard quality or the installation has been done by below par engineers!The issue about parking is not resolved yet! TIL bought a house a year ago and still haven’t received my parking spot! There was a doubt that they do not have parking spaces for all flats which seems to be true as they are now constructing parking space in the previously mentioned open space around the building taking away any hope for elderly or children to walk around freely.The maintenance team seems to lack knowledge or will to help the residents or resolve the issues urgently! The management, including chairman and MD have no motivation to get the work done as quickly as possible, they seem to take the decision only which will help them make more money and not to help residents! Customer service is non existent from SGR buildtech!I strongly suggest you review further comments before even thinking of investing in any of their projects! If you visit this apartment you will see what i’m Talking about!Let down owner!

I have been associated with GR Group since last 2.5 years with my investment in their Regent Park located on Bannerghatta Road, Bangalore. I have been lucky to invest in their property during the launch period. Iam seeing more than 30% growth since the development is in full swing.I fully recommend GR Group for your property related investments in Bangalore.
