And started working We are searched in other cities but we did not got a good land and its a worth for money to buy here in kanakapura .....1.they have a mini zoo2. Kids play area3. For family entertainment is super place for spending time here....4.climate is also nice...thank you Divine Developers....

I had found the project very appealing and documents were legally clear. The developer helped in registration within few months. This being agricultural land, we have to take good care of it and cant expect it to develop by itself. The association is very co-operative and watches on the maintenance very well.

Divine Euphoria is a great farmland project located in one of the most beautiful near Bangalore. However, all development work has been stopped in the last several months. If the developments promised by the developers are completed in a timely manner, this project will become one of the most beautiful vacation home destinations near Bangalore.

My recommendation is to be cautious before you venture into this; dont fall into their trap of seeking money & forcing to enter into agreements even before legal clearance. In fact, I doubt the legal clearance of papers since they were not able to provide one, for the piece of land I was interested & finally I pulled out! I was not willing to get trapped by their urgency to enter into agreement without my attorney clearance!

Please do not invest in any of their projects. You are likely to lose your money like us. There are many non-bailable warrants against the owner of this company, who just uses your money to put into his personal projects.
