I have purchased a flat in BM Pristine gunjur. From past 15 days work progress has been improved a lot more then before. I think flat will be handed over in two to three months. I have seen the quality of construction is very good.

Delayed projects by more than a year, false commitment, fraudulently made me buy flat by giving possession date which was unreal. Cheap quality and age old designs. They dont take responsibilty of construction but I have been following up with plumber, tiles provider, electrician, tile mason to check if respective work is defect free. Site contractor do nothing, no quality check. Dont buy any property from BM Developers. I am regretting. False people.

BM PRISTINE Very good project, 100%vast compliant work at rapid speed, legally no issues , when you say its delayed, yes it was little delayed but back to normal, for that matter every big projects have been delayed, I am very happy with the project, Good things comes at a bigger price....thanks.

BM Pretine is very good project in this location, construction quality is nice. Yes its delayed for some reason but now willing to position in April 19 no probem. I got in a very good price. thanksIt near to it sector so good rent option.I am very happy to say its a good home to fullfill my dreams.

Not a trust worthy builder, timeline become endless.I would suggest you to save your money rather losing here.

Very good project , has few UN convinced customer reviews but thats okay, one cannot convince every customer, builder also has to look into legalities and his stance at that point. All I can say is all that glitters is not gold, so look into this and understand every think and than proceed, I have checked every thing ...
