I would like to share my recent experience in ambika developers.As I was very scared and confused when I started to explore the option to buy a plot, I started taking many suggestions from friends, I have also seen many properties but when I visited here and seen the property but actually I was impressed with the design and location, quality of work and also with the amenities .

I recently had a discussion regarding land purchase and made an advance booking amount of ₹20000. Unfortunately we shifted out of Bangalore. I asked for refund but they are refusing to pay us. It is almost 8 months and still the refund is pending despite visiting their office several times. Very unprofessional.

I did not purchased as it was not matching my budget but executives are rude and they argue in aggressive way .better they should learn how to talk to customer first and neither I have visited and neither I wasted my time or there time. Very bad feeling on phone itself.
