The new Bookworm is spacious, housing a good collection of books. It is definitely bigger than the older one and has more room for the customers to browse around. As always, the staff is super helpful and the store has been kept clean and in order. There are two parts to the store, the ground and the first floor. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that a cafe space is also in the works which will probably be ready in a couple of months. Will definitely visit again to checkout the cafe next…

Bookworm has always been The Book Haven for me. They have every book youd ever want. I have never not found a book when at bookworm. The staff is friendly and the books are priced reasonably. Love the service and the place!Kudos to the staff.

This place is like paradise for book lovers. Huge collection of books. Both used and new books. Used books are also in very good condition, looks like new. Enormous collection for kids also. People working there are very polite and their behaviour is very nice. Another unique concept is, one can return books after finishing, by doing that decent discount can be availed in next purchase.

The best place for book lovers. Its just a maze filled with books. There are millions of options. I was so confused which book to buy n which one not to buy. I spent almost 2 hours in the shop, without even realising it. It was a great experience n would love to visit again. The prices are way too cheap, on an average it starts from 120 itself. The place has been a treasure of books. It has huge collection of all choices and is maintained very well. The street has been heaven for walkers and cyclists. They aid in looking for specific authors and are well versed with the place.Bookworm has also started a new practice (probably been there before but I heard of it during my latest visit) - if you have read the books you bought from there, and dont really enjoy it, you can bring it back to the store and you get 50% store credit. They only need the bookworm price tag at the back to know its their book. Great initiative to recycle books in case you bought a book you realise is not your cup of tea!

This bookstore on Church Street has varieties of books and they have second hand books also. When you buy new books, you can even return it after reading it and you get 50% store credit from which you can buy new books again.The staff is really helpful and suggestive. We were just casually strolling around early morning on a Sunday after a heavy breakfast when we sighted bookworm store. We started off with the array of books stacked up front and moved our way into the store. They are packed with books all around and sometimes squeezing your way thru them, they have some very rare books available at their store. We spent more than an hour at the store and bought ourselves a plethora of books. Definitely a go to place from now on.

A wide range of books are available here and is a must visit place for voracious readers. Alot of second hand books are sold for a huge discounted price and fresh new books are sold at 20% discount as on 28th September 2021.The only problem I found is that different categories of the books are not displayed like Business, Fiction, History, Autobiographies, etc. But the books are not mixed and are arranged in different shelves according to the categories but one should look at the books to identify which category is in that particular shelf.

The staff are amazing here, and prices are comparable to that of other stores nearby such as blossoms. There are dedicated areas for each genres which makes it easier to find a book you like or want to buy.

Love love love here.. So the last I visited here was 2 years ago. It was great to find that the staff here remembered me. Theyre so sweet that they gave me chai while I was sitting and reading a book. They helped me find out all the list of books I asked for and suggested me with a good set of books too. If you slightly love books then this is the place you have to be at. I was amazed when I went here for the first time seeing how much the staff knows about which books is placed where and what all series of the same have been released. If you visit a general book store the staff would hardly know the title your asking for but the staff here was well versed with the books and even capable of suggesting you a couple of titles to buy. They have a lower price than what the book is usually listed at, additionally they also have used books and new release books. Even if you do not like to buy books, you would end of buying at least one of them when you visit this place.

Bookworm has a very good collection of books and they are in good condition. The interior of the bookstore is clean and staff are helpful. Also if you return your old books they will give a discount which is great.

I have been to various Book stores but experience at bookworm felt very different . The combination of old very old new and very new booksbpiled up together creates an atmosphere which you generally dont want to leave. Obviously a place for book readers. Wont get disappointed with the collection they have. The staff is also very helpful and friendly in any kind of book search. Plus they always have discounts which makes sense to buy from them.

Loved this bookshop. Books piled high throughout a stores high bookshelves. If you love books this is the place for you - books on every subject, second hand and new at great prices... I left with 10 books wondering how I would get them in my suitcase. The only negative is there is no air conditioning in the shop - but there are fans - so sit near the fan and enjoy the atmosphere.

One of the two big names among book enthusiasts in Bangalore, but it certainly not the #1. It maybe due the comparatively higher price and variety of books than Blossoms which is located a short walk away. But there are a few books that youll only find here, also, the staff here is much more knowledgeable about the books and more cooperative compared to Blossoms.

Had the worst experience here today morning. Havent seen a bookstore manager more rude and arrogant than the guy here. It was around 10 30 AM when I was just browsing shelves here to buy some Indian fiction. Usually I go to the shelves at the back but today I picked up some new book from the front shelves. I usually have a habit of taking a glance at a chapter or two rather than just reading the back cover before buying. I was just flipping through a few pages to understand if this book is for me, this guy walked up to me and asked me to leave the book right there and go to the back shelves instead. He went on to say, This is not a library, it is a bookstore, dont read our books, you are supposed to look only at the backcover. Thats how all other people buy. He conveyed to me that I was ruining his books by opening them. In just the past 2-3 weeks, I have bought 24 books from Bookworm. I am their regular customer. Also, there was no other customer in the store today when I went there since it was early morning and still this guy proceeded to insult and ill-treat the only customer in the store. Will never buy again from here. I visit the place since I like the idea of physical bookstores where you can browse through books and get the real feel. I can easily go to an online store too. Anyone can. And if physical bookstore managers are going to treat their customers with this bad attitude, probably everyone should buy stuff online and these places should shut shop.

Love this place. We can get old and rare books here. I got one published in 1980. Books are stacked on the shelfs and floor. We have to help ourselves to search any book.
