This is in regard to my experience with TC Global.I had opted for your services for university shortlisting,application and VISA assistance for which I have paid Rs 21851.I totally regret taking the pathetic services from TC Global and would not advise to any person due to the below mentioned points :1.Research team is incompetent to suggest students with university opportunities (I mean I had to give my research list which was way better to the team to analyze)2.I have lost a few probable admission due to the late application by the TC Global team which is highly irresponsible.3.Coming to VISA Assistance,An absolute Zero I would say.Students take this assistance as they think you are more informed and will not make any costly mistakes.So If we just summarize my journey in past months1.I did my university shortlisting shortlisting2.I did my university application3.I did my VISA Application,Got the requisites in place, and took an appointment.So it is highly unethical to charge such hefty fees to students who are less informed in these areas.I mean these are the students you are mentoring and should have moral responsibilities towards it and at least do not make any student lose out opportunities .I would have given 0 stars if that was availableAnd please provide a relevant phone number if you want to hear out the issue at your end .The below mentioned phone number in your reply doesnt work

I had a really good experience with the TC Global team at the Bangalore Branch. They have helped me in securing admission in the UK for my LLB program as well as assisting me every step of the way in getting my Tier 4 student visa. There is no proper contact number mentioned for this center. Wanted to know if mask is compulsory for PTE speaking test? Also as reviews say systems are old, if people have got 90 in speaking here.

Pretty bad place to take PTE Test, as the Infrastructure is very bad compared to other PTE centers in Bangalore.Bad headphones, they are still using old model, which PTE has stopped using them; the headphone was all shaky while using, and also keyboards and mouse are pretty bad condition to use.

Had the worst experience. I paid 40k for their services and ended up researching/ applying to all the colleges on my own. For every small work they would call me to their head office at Mital Towers. If you are looking for colleges based on great grades and your intellectual capabilities, then this aint the place for you.

It was in April when i came to Chopras to look what are my options to study further. I was assigned to Ms. Salomi my amazing agent. I had plans to study post graduate but she suggested why not MBA and based on many university requirements i had lost hopes for the MBA. She said lets do it and we enrolled. After 2-3 months waiting and following up i got offer letter from Canada ( to know about the university contact Chopras which is now TC Global) and they did it again. My dreams of doing MBA came true and i was on the way. All universities have the ups and downs and the waiting period will make you bit the floor but at the end it is worth the wait. Ms Salomi is amazing always smiling and if you feel down she knows how to cheer you up and always positive. Her remarks are to be noted cause it will help us definitely. Need any Information she is always ready to help you out. Once all was done she pit on the Visa Team Hats off to Mr. Roy... he might be the only man on the floor but he knows everything about visa from A to Z. As a first timer going abroad, it gets difficult to learn about a new place and how it functions. Throughout the whole journey, Chopras entire staff were so kind and welcoming. They were patient and helped me understand what happened where and how to proceed. Ive received many advices from the whole team. It has been a roller coaster of a journey and you a have been a crucial part of my dream and I appreciate this from the bottom of my heart, so thank you very much.

Unfortunately not a great experience at all. I was trying to apply to public universities in Germany and was told my profile is not suitable. Was also told that the universities which I am eligible for are beyond my budget. No response to calls and emails even after repeated requests ( probably because I wasnt a profitable candidate). I applied on my own and Im now studying at one of my preferred universities for which I was told that I am not eligible.Would like to emphasize here that public universities in Germany are highly reputed and most students would prefer them over private ones to make sure yourbudget goes to the right place. This agency is pushing students to more expensive universities and not the more reputed ones. Extremely disappointed

PTE exam was supposed to be conducted at 9:30am.Everyone arrived at 8:30am. But the office was not opened until 9am . Then they conducted test at 11:30am. Such an unprofessional team. They told it’s just technical issue. How can such a professional team just don’t bother about the value of time.

I took my PTE from here and it was a great experience. Many has mentioned about attitude of staff, test centre appearance but, I think it was all fine in my case. Except for the shady surroundings, once you enter the centre its all good. The staff was friendly and kept a good attitude all the time. I would love to recommend this place to anyone.

The genuine reviewer : Chopras may be good for learning but very poor as an examination center. On of my close relative had to write the PTE exam, but the score was below average for oral fluency and pronunciation. She was very good in that. This is because the students sit very closely to each other, very congested shouting at the mic. The PTE computer system will have a hard time understanding the voice. So her total speaking score got screwed up. Now attempting again in another examination center. Also the keyboard has to be replaced as it is using the 90s one.
