My experience with Eternal Transcripts was horribly disappointing. They kept giving fake promises and was prompt to only collect the money from me. I submitted the docs trusting them and there was no response for more than 6 months. Then I connected with my friend working in university and came to know that these guys havent even done the proper formalities and kept promising me. The worst ever service! I am from abroad and had to take their service for getting transcript! I had given the order for transcript on December 2020 and even by February, nothing was done! There is no proper customer service. You have to keep calling or messaging them to get an update. Most of the times your calls or messages will be unanswered!!!. They kept giving excuses regarding the application submission and the date by which I can receive the transcript.After having got frustrated with them, I ended up directly calling the university for information regarding application and found that they had never really submitted at all!. I later got my transcript done from the university directly. My request for refund is also unanswered and they are least bothered. Irresponsible and unprofessional service! Please dont waste your time with these scammers!

In June 2020,After long research and comparison with other agency I found eternal transcript sounds perfect for my transcript process.Given our requirement’s in July 2020, with assurance of 30 days from the team.Due to covid19 delayed process, which we can understand it dragged. Only in September got some updates after I ask for updates saying there was some correction to be done from university side.Again it took another 3-4 months long wait to get sorted out by University, finally in Feb 2021 transcript was sent to concern agency by University.My learning from this agency was quite satisfied even though delayed for certain reasons.Only my concern was agency team was not updating until we call them over phone directly, I had called and send emails regularly to get updates. They kept lying excuses about updates. If i hadnt repeatedly calling them( and their response would only be, good morning, we will update you in 24 hours ,every day when i call they would shamelessly say we will update in 24 hours,when it was not even submitted), dont know if it would have been submitted ever. We missed 3 important Express entry draws waiting for the WES. So if you have lots of time and energy, and dont care being lied to your face, then only go for Eternal transcripts.Never ever give your transcripts to Eternal transcripts, you will have to wait eternally for your application to get done.IF THERE IS AN ONLINE PORTAL TO APPLY DIRECTLY FROM UNIVERSITY, GO FOR IT, NEVER APPROACH THESE AGENCIES.Paid for my application on Sept 2020, its March 2021, still not done.1. They say they are 24*7, but never answer calls outside 10am-5pm IST.2. Even if i manage to get the call(by staying awake till 1 am to be 10 am in India), they will just say we will update you shortly, but the update /email never comes.3. Honestly, i called the University directly and they gave an update quick, Eternal couldnt provide a proper update for months.4. They claim to ease your job, no they double your job.
