Its wooded place, normally cooler than surrounding areas as there are lot of trees. Good place for morning walk. There also few play grounds which can be booked by contacting university

Its one of the oldest university in Karnataka state. The campus is very environmentally friendly. Apart from colleges the campus is used by many public for walking purpose.

The worst university i have ever seen, examination is conducted in November but when i went to pay fee last week they told it is closed, get permission from university, how could the university close so soon without any information and if examination fee started at least u have to publish in newspaper, but not even any publication and not even an information we are suffering now, again i have to wait one more year, unnecessarily wasting students time and career.... very worstone request please guide the students and make their career bright, pls dont misguide...

Its a very good university with good roads, but beware at night, there arent any Streetlights.But luckily, other cars will provide you light😉😉

It can be easily noticeable by moving vehicle. It has very good environment for walking, playing any games. Its free from noise and air pollution.

Horrible service by arrogant employees, these ppl working here are stuck in time with painfully long, age old processes. No updates on how to apply for transcripts,DD amount, holidays. Its just madness to get anything done here compared to most other autonomous universities were everything is so quick and convenient and mostly done online.

The direction here is wrong. The office has been shifted to Bangalore University Campus at Jnanabharathi in Nagarbhavi.The office in Jnanabharathi Campus is situated inside the building of Department of Chemistry and biochemistry. It is on the right side as soon as you enter into the ground floor.The wall is full of boards of the distance education with photos of Dr B R Ambedkar, Buddha, Savitribhai Phule and photos of the director Dr Mylarappa!The building and surroundings are clean and neat.

University is always in some sort of unrest.no proper security provided inside this campus and it is very huge about 1100 acres.No street lights since it big campus it is hard to maintain .There is report of rape ,murders and thefts inside this campustotally not safe

Beautiful campus area but buildings are very old and shabby. They dont seem to be well maintained. It is a public campus and therefore open to elements of nuisance as well.

Friends Do You have any idea about what would be the cost to take direct marks card because my friend want it because 2 yrs before he got occurred an accident and didnt come to college and also didnt write any exams because of hand fracture so he was saying that he would give money directly and take direct marks card so what are the requirements we needed to show to BU to get the direct marks card.In which department we have to go and ask the marks card.So if you have any idea about cost of marks card please say me about how much it cost to take a marks card this is my request because my friend required urgently.And after paying money to get direct marks card then how many days shall we have to wait for it to get a marks card.

The university located in the so called silicon valley of India that is hardly capable of running its website will only reflect how the the academic affairs are managed.

This review is based only on campus not the school quality. Was very sad to see the conditions of basically all buildings and ditto for the outdoor areas. This could and should be the pride of Bangalore, but is a sad reminder of low budgets and bad management. This review is purely on Admin Department of the university.I needed an information regarding admission and called the number given on university site.With each call I was asked to call a different extension.With the passer by passer game I finally end up calling Five different numbers ( from department number to admission office number) of the university with no information in hand.
