Govt. is wasting the money and time for both . Behalf of online filling we need to submit the application form along with the relevant documents and also we need to submit the declaration form which is to get from the beside xerox shop he sell one Rupee copy for Rs.4.Yet i do not know there are categories mention on the website OBC, Minority, Whereas the Caste Certificate gives the community and category. After 30 days we come to know whether it is approved or not . They should let us know by one weeks time

Good facility. But server will be always busy. To take a print out of Income certificate it took almost one days effort. Kindly improve the facility.

Dont apply online for any certificate, govt is wasting money on this resources. Whenever i check the status it shows pending for status update from V.A its been a month already as per the sakala I should have got my certificate within 21 days, either it should be rejected or approve it.. Simply waste of time and money.

Even if you apply online with all supporting documents your application will be rejected these government employees are beggars and they just want money if you want your caste/income certificate to be done approach an agent or pay bribe at the office.any government office in bangalore, money is the only way you can get things done

Its good to see process of getting caste certificate through online.The concerned office needs to update the application process and inform applicant regarding updates/send messages .some time incharge official keep the file pending till you approach.thanks govement

They dont deserve to get even a single star..even if you apply with all documents in online. they will reject your application. then After meeting them personally only they will make you apply again through them, collect their commission and then give you your certificate.I applied for NTC with my recent RTC and my aadhar card photocopy. They rejected my application. Then I personally contacted them, gave them Rs.1000/- then they made me to apply again and within two days they gave me my NTC certificate..Hope Mr. Manish Mudugal is seeing this review .

They informed that they will not accept online applications.when I called multiple times they received calls.Please dont use this website.In office they asking money and submit hardcopies.

It is one of the worst website ever seen in my life. Its not even worth for giving single star. I have applied twice for want of caste certificate (form-D) along with necessary pdf documents attached as mentioned in the checklist. But the concerned case worker/officers was rejected my application & put the status on the website that proof of address document to be produced. Regarding this, i had been approch Nadakacheri office, Rajajinagar but they told me that online attached documents can not be retrieved itseems & their response was very poor. I dont understand what for online facility has been opened???. Can anybody take necessary action against this?

Very good website and a big step to curb corruption and hindrance but still lot of improvements has to be done.Nevertheless, it is a nice gesture from the goverment and we must appreciate and make use of it.My request to nadakacheri is to reduce the delivery time and increase the fees (Rs.15 is ridiculuosly low)I strongly recommend people to use this and make it a superhit website

Very poor response and people nee to improve lot, case workers will present at office after 11 o clock where as timing is morning 9 o clock to reach to the office and we need to wait one month to receive the caste/ income certificate, very poor and nonsense working peoples in bagalgunte nadakacheri workers.

TOTAL EYE WASH THE STATUS OF THE APPLICATION DOES NOT GET UPLOADED ON TIME. AFTER TWENTY DAYS MESSAGE RECEIVED THAT APPLICATION NOT APPROVED . WHEREAS TIME LIMIT SPECIFIED IS 7 DAYS.

No proper update received from the authorities. Need to improve on the time lines mentioned for processing applications.

Worst-Nadakacheri service seems to be useless, as all the applications are being cancelled for no reasons, and when we check with the authorities they ask for the affidavit to be uploaded online. For the fact that there is no column to upload the affidavit. Lost my money almost 5 times.

Allowing people to apply for different services online is a good job for the government, as there are many delays when applying for various services in the concerts and we have to go to the concerts. But where we are now, we can apply but the authorities have to apply and issue certificates if they reject online applications for bribery. It is my opinion that the governments plan is in vain
