Food here is not that great. Hookah was good, they have categories for mild, medium and strong flavours. My friends enjoyed here. Coffee was great

Well I went after a very long time but didnt like this place much.. Just tried hukka and kitkat shake but I felt it ohkkk... I would think twice to visit this place

Cozy place, environment is good. Service is quite quick. Decent crowd, the only problem is parking we have to park it on the road outside KFC.

The place is decent enough to visit with friends or having parties. On 4th floor only problem no parking.We had pasta , french fries and Oreo shake.The hookah is not that good even after ordering there special or best flavours.Loved the Oreo shake it was the only good thing.The manager suggested us the pasta which was not good at all. Neither the fries were good.The service is good.They serve alcohol as well.They have three types of seatings1 sofas which are comfortable2 the chairs are okay okay3 open space where the view is sexyThey even have a place on top of it where you can capture good photos also. Overall you can go there just for time pass.Please check the bill once before you pay it cause there are mistakes in it they add in stuf you never had.

Zephyr is a good place to visit at anytime of the day. This is the new hookah cafe that has opened. They have some great sheesha. When we went there they served only vegetarian food and we ordered around 8-9 items as we were a big group and each and every dish tasted super yum. Was really impressed with the food. Will definitely go back!

Located on the 5th floor. The lift wasnt working when I visited. I had to take the stairs, I had to hold my breath the path was stinking that bad. Cleanliness was very very bad. The hookah parlour has nice seating, live music, amazing staff as well. It would have been really great if theyd higher their cleaning levels a little. Price is reasonable. Starters were very tasty too.

First of all, the food is really good! And the mocktails are quite refreshing. They have a very unique ambience and working dance floor! Amazing for small parties!We had booked the dance floor for a small party of 15-16 people with a set menu. We started off with some games and music but an hour later we were asked to shift to terrace or sky walk as they like to call it. (Shifted because they had booked the hall for another party, at the same time! But fortunately the sky walk is worth it as well!) The emcee was also the DJ on the dance floor and he continued with hosting the games on the sky walk.Starters and a welcome drink was served to all at the beginning. But the staff here have a little attitude problem and the service gets delayed a lot of times.. A few of the guests who wanted to leave early started off with the dinner. The staff conveniently skipped serving the soup because they assumed : no salad meant no soup as well!! But the rest of the food was served on time.The main problem was during billing. Only 15 of us actually had food but he argued a lot and billed us for 17 people. (Thankfully he excluded the kids). And the bill is a ordinary estimate slip and not a tax invoice. (This matters if its a private or a corporate party) Finally he made a big fuss for 3 Rs which is usually discounted in any reputed restaurants.Overall only 3 stars because of the attitude of the staff here. Being courteous in a service industry goes a long way!Started off as a fun day but ended on a sour note. Looking forward for the food but definitely not for the experience.

I and my friends had been planning to visit Zephyr since past couple of months. All the pictures on Zomato and Google looked nice. To our dismay though, this place was nothing like its pictures on the internet. Very crowded place and basic needs like chairs and clean tables were missing.Also, since currently were amidst the scorching hot summer, it was a double bummer, as we were seated outside and it was really hot! We were sweating all along our visit here.Anyway, food was decent. Loved the cream of mushroom soup. The cold coffee and another mocktail we ordered was also good. Just the Zephyr special nachos wasnt great, as it was really dry.All-in-in not a really good experience especially considering the heat and the seats/tables.
