I really had a bad experience with toys people I purchased ps4 pro with them on 10th of August and before that when I called them and enquired theyll give you false assurance that they have exchange and return policy within a month but thats completely a different story here.They informed if you are not happy with product you can get refund if you are returning Witin a month after they assuring me this I walked in to store and purchased ps4 pro for 33k and again I contacted them on August 20th (10 days after purchasing) then they inform we will take 4k in that money which I paid, I was not happy but still I agreed and Im 25th of August I again visited the store to return the equipment back then they are telling me theyll keep 8k as rental charges and give back only 25k from my 33k.I had all chat history in Watsapp which they promised but they started new trick by mentioning no refund on the bill where we cant raise any complaint on this.The so called owner dunno how to communicate with customers and once I showed my conversation proof they informed Ill be handling lot of customer and I was not sure which product you have purchased some I informed you the wrong charges which WONT looks fair for customer.But another guy called Joshua was polite and understanding but have no power to make any changes against their owner to get my money.DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME JUST BY SEEING THE GOOD REVIEWS.This is a friendly advise please keep proof of every conversation Im written or record the call, because they will turn anytime

Very bad experience.Got a very rude person on the phone to get some basic information and when I reached there they tried to sell me fake (First Copy as they say) controllers at the price of an original.It seems they also try to cheat with over priced consoles (they gave me a PS5 (Disc) @72K; recommended price is 42K)Do not to go there for any reason.If it was possible I would not even give a star.

I ordered a PS4 500GB, Unboxed 6 months warranty and 89 games,I ordered it on 14th May 2021 and its been a month and I still didnt any response from them and when I checked it on their website, It says order is cancelled, I mean wow! Dont go by ratings and good reviews. They are big time frauds and cheaters .I had ordered a brand new GTA5 for my PS4 but they sent a fake/pirated /damaged piece I had paid in advance. When I requested for return of the not working CD & a refund they refused totally & spoke very badly. Dont trust & buy any product from them. When I started enquiring about them they have cheated many kids which they also agreed. They sell only second hand or fake products.
