Gives Fake commitment. dont trust anyone. Please read policy properly.

Worst company ever.. they wont pick the phones.. wont deposit the cheques even after month of giving it at the office.. call center is even more horrible.. never suggest anybody to put the life insurance policies in such useless companies

Well I know the meaning of this rating and i wouldnt rate it so poorly but for my experience in dealing with this company and its product.Firstly their staff is highly unresponsive. Despite multiple calls they have liitle or noncourtesy to call back. Over number of days.Then, please be aware of their insanely high preclosure charges which is very diffent from most of the other companies charges that I have personally dealt with.Finally, to close a simple policy I had to exchange numerous emails, phonecalls and multiple visits to their branch. Whereas the similar action took less than 60 minutes in a single visit in 2 other insurance companies.My advice, stay miles away from AVIVA as there are far better companies out there.
